Day to day, I review what I learned & how I am doing. Let's see myself grow & excel!

In the episode I consider my current lifestyle & ponder the option of a different course. Which is more beneficial? One that I know & love, or something new, with risky, rewarding wonder?

This episode is all over the place. However, I make an interesting hypothesis on eating & how it sends a message of self worth.

A scattered mind reveals itself while I eat cereal & feel amazing. Although I slip in some areas, my optimism only grows. My goals: eat better, & don't get sick!

I reflect on my goals & am inspired by my own motivation after realising I have been doing things I don't want to do. Good times!

I reflect on what happened in the past two days, & I look forward to the week ahead. A lack of sleep makes this a chill ep, but as I sleep tonight I know I'll wake up happy for a new day.
