This week on The Fat Kid FOR Life Podcast I go hard in the paint on myself. Basically, I beat myself up for half the podcast in a positive way. No, but really, I share an inspirational story and quote from Conor McGregor. I also said some stuff about coffee, food, fitness, and life. Give it a go and let me know what you think below!

This episode I talk about my favorite coffee ever and go over some new coffee I am going to be trying in upcoming episodes. Also I get into some of my struggles with dieting and the discipline it takes to succeed (which I don't have). I end with a little talk about my future endeavors as far as what I am looking to make into a career and some motivational words to get you through the next ten minutes or so.

This week we delve into a couple coffees I tried and look to the future at what's to come for coffee and my self. We also discuss mouthwatering foods that only the true foodie would understand and finally, we dive deep into life and what my mission is. Oh, and I am a photographer now.
