In Episode 1 of 'Ignite Secrets', I touch briefly on some of the main points that anyone, not just men in their 30's and 40's, should be thinking about when trying to juggle busy lives with growing familes and trying to navigate moving into middle age with the associated pressures that all entails. Some of these may seem drastic, like abstaining from alcohol but they're crucial to either get oneself out of a mental rut or just stay focused for mental clarity to achieve out-performance at work. Many people suffer in silence with physical and mental pain and my goal is to shed light on these issues and offer solutions that can be easily applied to alleviate stress, physical changes as we move into middle age and also to highlight business issues and concepts that can be applied in this ever-changing economic world we live in.
