I wish this were a more workable option for more parents out there and this can be such a controversial topic.

As a sexual abuse survivor there are some habits I’ve noticed I have developed that I find to be interesting to acknowledge.

It’s a struggle for women in general to have body confidence but it’s even more of a challenge when your body changes after children and it’s super important to grow to love yourself and seek out affirmational people and situations that allow you to have permission to love yourself.
