This short class is more active, as we will be standing. A sturdy table or chair with a back will be the only prop you may need.

This episode is designed to get you moving before you get out of bed. Take a few minutes for your self and ease into your day with this light start.
This episode contains direction for movements while seated and standing. A 6 foot area of wall is helpful with our last exercise. Focus is on opening back, chest and shoulders.
You will need no special equipment for this episode. This is a breathing centered class with no movement.
Episode 3: Let’s wring out that tension with twists! You’ll need a table or desk for this one and a comfortable place to sit as we do some focused breathing at the end.
We spend time opening up shoulders, low back and hip flexors using seated and standing postures. We round out the class with focused breath work. A hand towel or strap is a great prop, if available, during this episode.
