You will learn how you can really connect with people simply by matching their speech, tone and using some of the same words they use to make them feel like you've been friends for years. You will also learn how to use body language to make them feel relaxed and more open to listening to your opportunity or product demonstration. Finally, you will learn what NOT to do when talking to a prospect or potential customer.
