Oh behalf of all the children who remain secondary victims to the domestic violence going on in our families, herein lies my concerns. Please practice self care before, during and after listening.

We often find something to sedate ourselves with when everything is an ache. In this episode we dive into some of the coping mechanisms and the various ways in which we self medicate in an attempt to ease the pain.

What standard can we use to tell apart what's real from what isn't? What is reality? The universe is much queerer than we would like to admit and reality is too fluid to define. My thoughts.
