Sort of a trial and error on my masters study but also talking about my coaching experience and more than likely health, physical and mental, as well.
Lots of stuff I didn’t talk about, but mainly just chatting about; macronutrients, calories, food choices and plate setting. There is also some choice audio in there of my neighbour recycling 1,000,000 glass bottles. Enjoy!
