"You don't save companies by doing more. You really save them by getting radically clear on what works and having the courage to stop the rest." Adversity has a way of stripping away illusions and forcing clarity. When faced with moments that shake certainty, people are often confronted with a deeper question: what truly matters, and how should time be spent? Growth begins when that question is answered with action. In business, this translates into ruthless focus—identifying what works, eliminating what doesn't, and aligning effort with meaningful outcomes. Success isn't built by doing more, but by doing what matters with precision and intention. Becky Amble shares how a near-death experience became a defining pivot, driving her toward a mission of impact through business transformation. Becky explains how structured frameworks like business health audits and customer relationship audits uncover hidden opportunities. She highlights that most companies avoid asking customers the hard questions, even though that's where the real insight lives. Her approach consistently turns struggling businesses into profitable ones by focusing teams, clarifying priorities, and leveraging AI to unlock time and efficiency. Becky is a business strategist, AI advisor, and author known for helping companies scale through clarity, systems, and innovation. With a background in turning around underperforming businesses, she combines practical frameworks with emerging technologies to help leaders simplify complexity and drive measurable growth. Expert action steps: Get extremely specific about your goals—clarity drives execution. Map out the exact steps required and document them clearly. You can be doing meaningful work, seeing real results, and watching your life expand…and suddenly feel a wave of shame that makes no logical sense. In this episode of Elevate Your Mind, Rebecca shares an "Asking for a Friend" story that reveals what's actually happening when success triggers doubt, shame, or what people often call imposter syndrome. You'll begin to understand how subconscious patterns and nervous system responses can activate as your life grows—especially around visibility, income, and impact. This episode explores: • Why success can trigger shame or self-doubt • What's really happening underneath imposter syndrome • Why your subconscious doesn't respond to logic • How your system reacts to expansion and being seen • What begins to shift when you work at the root If you've ever had a moment where everything is working… and something inside you reacts in a way that doesn't make sense, this will land. This is not about fixing your mindset. It's about understanding what your system is doing—and how real change happens from there. More is already in motion. Of course life is responding to you. ___________________________________________________

Catherine, David and Matt are here to look back on the first Sinner-Alcaraz match of the 2026 season. Part one - Monte Carlo (00:00 - 30:59). We discuss Jannik Sinner's victory over Carlos Alcaraz in the final and how it sets up their rivalry and the clay court season ahead. In what way did Sinner cope best with the windy conditions? How much confidence will he take from his? And how might Alcaraz respond? There's also chat about the gap between them and the rest of the field after Sinner's comprehensive win over Alexander Zverev in the semi-finals as well as a final word on Valentin Vacherot's incredible run. Part two - Linz and BJK Cup (31:00 - 59:29). Lilli Tagger's run may have stopped in the quarter-finals, but the fun continued in Linz as Anastasia Potapova made it all the way to the final, only to lose to Mirra Andreeva. Just how impressive was that win for Andreeva? What's the significance of her doing it without Conchita Martinez in her box? And how do we look back on the first edition of Linz on indoor clay? In the BJK Cup, we cover Great Britain's shock win in Australia, USA's defeat to Belgium, a compelling comeback from the Czechs to beat Switzerland, and a devastating day for Bianca Andreescu and Canada. Part three (59:30 - 1:21:01) - Preview and predictions for the week ahead which sees Alcaraz go to Barcelona and Iga Swiatek return in Stuttgart. Jesus didn't come for the perfect. He came for the broken. In Matthew 9:9–13, Jesus calls Matthew, a hated tax collector, and everything changes. This message reminds us that no one is too far gone, no sin is too great, and Jesus is still the friend of sinners. Your past doesn't disqualify you. It's the very place Jesus meets you.

Sean Wiswesser spent three decades in the U.S. intelligence community, much of it running operations against Russia for the CIA. His new book, Tradecraft, Tactics, and Dirty Tricks, dissects of how the FSB, SVR, and GRU actually do their work: dead drops, signal sites, surveillance detection routes, and the street tradecraft that protected agents like Aldrich Ames and Robert Hanssen for years. Wiswesser explains why Russian services keep returning to Cold War–era methods, breaks down the operational differences between the SVR and GRU, and assesses elite units like Alpha, Vympel, and Spetsnaz whose mythology often outpaces their record. He also charts the sharp escalation in Russian sabotage across Europe, the mafia-like culture driving increasingly reckless operations, and Moscow's use of AI-enhanced active measures to deepen division in Western democracies.Subscribe and share to stay ahead in the world of intelligence, global issues, and current affairs.Order Tradecraft, Tactics, and Dirty Tricks: https://www.usni.org/press/books/tradecraft-tactics-and-dirty-tricksConnect with Sean on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/sean-wiswesser-a86603133/Please share this episode using these linksAudio: https://pod.fo/e/3fb9a1YouTube: https://youtu.be/WI7IChkSNpsSupport Secrets and SpiesBecome a “Friend of the Podcast” on Patreon for £3/$4: https://www.patreon.com/SecretsAndSpiesBuy merchandise from our shop: https://www.redbubble.com/shop/ap/60934996Buy us a coffee: https://buymeacoffee.com/secretsandspiesSubscribe to our YouTube page: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCDVB23lrHr3KFeXq4VU36dgFor more information about the podcast, check out our website: https://secretsandspiespodcast.comConnect with us on social media Bluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/secretsandspies.bsky.socialInstagram: https://instagram.com/secretsandspiesFacebook: https://facebook.com/secretsandspiesSpoutible: https://spoutible.com/SecretsAndSpiesFollow Chris and Matt on Bluesky:https://bsky.app/profile/chriscarrfilm.bsky.socialhttps://bsky.app/profile/mattfulton.netSecrets and Spies is produced by Films & Podcasts LTD: https://filmsandpodcasts.co.uk/Music by Andrew R. In this Friday Feels episode, J&J dive back into reality TV drama that's hitting all of our feeds: Summer House dating announcements from Wes and Amanda. They break down Amanda Batula and West Wilson's relationship announcement on IG, dissecting why a vague “we” statement can ruin friendships and trigger the internet. 58-year-old Brian Hooker told a friend via text that his wife fell overboard in choppy seas and “swam towards the sailboat” the night she went missing in the Bahamas. Hooker’s texts to a friend reveal new and inconsistent information surrounding the disappearance of 55-year-old Lynette Hooker. Hooker remains behind bars, and has not yet been charged in his wife’s disappearance, but his attorney says he nearly drowned himself while being arrested and is “heartbroken and deeply distressed.”See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
There are moments in life when words fall short and the only thing that truly helps is the steady presence of someone who refuses to leave. Grief has a way of revealing who our friends really are — not the ones who say the right things, but the ones who show up, stay close, and keep showing up long after the casseroles stop coming and the group chat goes quiet. Most of us have experienced both sides of that equation, and if we're honest, we know there are times we haven't shown up the way we wished we had. Proverbs 18:24 draws a striking contrast between the friend who disappears when life gets hard and the one who sticks closer than a brother. That kind of friendship doesn't happen by accident — it is built through intention, sacrifice, and a willingness to set our own comfort aside for the sake of someone we love. It also doesn't come from our own strength alone. It requires us to go to God, ask Him to search our hearts, and invite Him to shape us into the faithful, steadfast friends He has called us to be. Today is an invitation to reflect honestly on the friend you are — and to ask God to make you the kind of friend that others can count on when it matters most. Today's Bible Verse "One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother." — Proverbs 18:24 Ponder Today True friendship is revealed not in the easy seasons, but in the hard ones — the friends who stick closer than a brother are the ones who show up when showing up costs something. When we can't take away someone's pain, we can still surround them with practical love — a meal, a prayer, a quiet presence — and that matters more than we know. Becoming a faithful friend requires honest self-reflection: are we truly available to others, or are we more focused on the comfort of our own lives? Fair-weather friendship is not the standard God calls us to — He calls us to stay through the storms, the grief, and the long and uncertain seasons of life. When we commit to loving others with steadfast friendship, it changes us — drawing out humility, compassion, and a heart that is less centered on self and more oriented toward serving others. Today's Prayer Dear Lord, help me to be a friend who sticks closer than a brother. I want to reflect Your love, kindness, and compassion in the way I show up for the people in my life. When those I love walk through difficult seasons, make me a steady and faithful source of support — knowing when to speak and when to simply sit beside them in silence. Where I have fallen short, lovingly correct me and reshape my heart. Thank You for discipling me in the way I should go. Amen. Enjoy Today's Prayer?
