(1:20) At age 56, her husband was experiencing a rapid decline in brain health. After some challenges, he became eligible for a clinical trial for Alzheimer's treatment. (9:00) She had heard about the benefits of ketones and coconut oil and started experimenting. (12:15) It's amazing the improvements they saw in a short amount of time! Vinnie mentions his battle with leukemia and how staying in ketosis has kept him in remission. (16:40) Mary mentions that people with epilepsy who have been on a ketogenic diet will have recurrence of seizures after having just a piece of cake; consequently, this is called "Birthday Syndrome". (20:40) Vinnie asks Mary her opinion on exogenous ketone esters and salts. (25:00) They discuss further the benefits of coconut oil, and Mary also started using it and feels like her mental endurance has improved. (28:40) Mary mentions that coconut oil got a bad rap because companies that created hydrogenated oils were competing with it and creating a negative campaign against it. (38:30) They also discuss how the dietary guidelines still used today are based on incorrect information from the 1950s. (41:00) Saturated fats are not the problem. They chat about cholesterol, plaque, and inflammation. CLEARLY KETO They turn the conversation to Mary's upcoming book: "". Mary lists some of the topics covered in her book, from the problem of too much sugar, ketones, fasting, your brain on coconut oil, and much more. Vinnie and Mary discuss various medications, how some do (and don't) function, and how some only "keep you perfectly sick". (55:00) Vinnie talks about how he knows of cases where people were on 3 medications for one issue, but that issue could be resolved just by proper eating. Mary talks about how even she, at one time, was unaware of how the current low-fat dietary guidelines were bad; consequently, she has changed her eating habits and has seen many benefits. It is possible to overcome insulin resistance, which can also include virgin coconut oil. (1:04:20) Insulin resistance affects brain functions and other functions in the body. She talks about some things she has learned about brain plaque and how it behaves. (1:17:00) Mary mentions other topics addressed in the book and lets us know an update about her husband. Despite these violent attacks, Democrats continue to unjustly demonize ICE agents. 3:30pm- According to a report from Fox News Digital, the Department of Justice is criminally investigating former CIA Director John Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey for potential false statements to Congress related to the disproven Trump campaign/Russia collusion narrative. Please grant us the mind of Christ, so we may walk obediently, reflecting His love and wisdom in all we do. Lawrence Swift Noxon was born in March 1943. At five months old, he was diagnosed with what we now call Down syndrome. Three weeks later, on September 22, 1943, baby Lawrence died from electrocution under highly suspicious circumstances. Paul reminds them of their calling to be sanctified in Christ and to live as saints, relying on the grace and strength of God. He emphasizes that Christ is the source of wisdom, righteousness, and redemption, urging them to focus on the cross rather than human wisdom or eloquence. Paul laments their divisions, as some align themselves with specific leaders instead of Christ. He stresses that the message of the cross may seem foolish to the world, but it is the power of God to those being saved. Paul encourages the church to boast only in the Lord, whose wisdom surpasses all understanding. Despite the various issues that need addressing within the church, this letter begins with optimism and reassurances regarding salvation through Jesus. As fellow believers, we should approach our shortcomings with hope and confidence in our King. While quarrels and sins may need addressing and changes may be necessary among us, we will support each other as fellow children of God, boasting in Jesus and not in ourselves.  Unifying Father, help us embrace Your spirit of oneness in Your Son. Grant us the faith to recognize how Your grace revitalizes and empowers us. We pray that Your people concentrate more on what unites us than what Satan plots to divide us. Foster humility in each of us to prevent division and partisanship. We boast in Christ alone. This world disparages the simple, saving gospel of Jesus Christ, but God's wisdom surpasses the world in every way. Who will demonstrate to the world that God's way is best? The exhibition details the emergence of a significant change in how societies around the world regarded homosexuality in the wake of the coining of the term 'homosexual' in 1869, and the ways in which images have represented a range of identities ever since.
