For 20 years, it was stamped SECRET. What they discovered about your mind was never meant to reach you — until now.   This isn't ancient wisdom or spiritual theory. This is documented, government-funded research conducted at Stanford Research Institute — one of the most prestigious scientific institutions in America. The findings were so significant that the program ran for over two decades with classified funding. Then, in 2003, the document was quietly declassified. The mainstream media never covered it. Academia pretended it didn't exist. It's been buried in plain sight.   In this episode, I reveal:   The Cold War origins of government consciousness research   What Project Stargate and the Gateway Process actually discovered   Why the findings were classified — and what they prove about your mind   The exact 6-step protocol that military intelligence personnel were trained in   A full guided activation using the declassified technique   The document states that consciousness can be trained to "escape the restrictions of time and space." A US Army Lieutenant Colonel wrote this in an official report to the CIA. And they classified it.   Now it's yours.   This technique has been used by thousands since declassification. The results are documented. The protocol is specific. And by the end of this video, you'll have experienced it directly.

Sound is one of the fastest, most powerful systems in the human brain. It can soothe, destabilise, regulate, overwhelm - and, when used intentionally, it can become a profound tool for nervous system support. In this episode of Mindful Mondays, Ashley explores the neuroscience and lived experience of sound for neurodivergent minds. From music and rhythm as ancient emotional language, to binaural beats and brainwave states, humming and vagus nerve activation, ASMR, pink noise, and the surprising science behind tinnitus and musical ear syndrome. We also talk honestly about misophonia, loud noise sensitivity, and the cocktail party effect - and why regulation, not exposure, is the key.The episode closes with a guided theta journey using Alexander Voloshin of Healing Meditation Music's theta binaural beats - an immersive sound experience designed to gently support deep rest, insight, and recalibration. If sound has ever felt like too much - or not enough - this episode will help you understand why, and how to work with it.Headphones recommended. Our Sponsors:

Send us a textWhat if your spiritual resume is the very thing keeping you from truly knowing Jesus? We dive into Philippians 3 and confront the difference between being busy for God and being close to God. Paul calls his best achievements “garbage” compared to gaining Christ, and that bold language becomes a mirror for our own platforms, reputations, routines, and theological pride. We explore why intimacy with Jesus is the center of Christian life, not a side project, and how a relationship shaped by love outgrows a checklist of religious wins.Together we examine costly discipleship: denying ourselves, taking up the cross, and embracing the fellowship of suffering as partnership rather than punishment. We talk about maturity that moves beyond “Is it sin?” toward “Will it draw me near?” and why this shift changes how we make daily choices. Real-life moments of provision—down to unexpected help at the checkout counter or a near-zero-cost refrigerator—show how God meets us in small decisions as much as major crises. These aren't prosperity promises; they are reminders that God cares, guides, and provides as we yield our desires to him. You'll hear a raw testimony of transformation from addiction and homelessness to a life rebuilt by grace, and an honest challenge to leave behind idols that feel safe but keep us shallow. The heart of the message is simple and demanding: Jesus is not a means to something better. He is the better. If you're ready to trade spiritual performance for living intimacy, to welcome both resurrection power and Gethsemane prayers, and to let your week reflect your worship, this conversation will meet you where you are and call you deeper. Don't forget to subscribe for free to our newsletter, the top 10 ideas of the week, every Monday --------- Jimmy Iovine is the co-founder of Interscope Records, Beats by Dre, and the USC Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy. Iovine is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in the modern music industry. Growing up in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, Iovine was raised in an Italian working-class family.  He began working as a recording engineer in the early 1970s, and went on to engineer landmark albums including Bruce Springsteen's Born to Run and John Lennon's Rock 'n' Roll and Walls and Bridges, before transitioning into production with Patti Smith's Easter, Tom Petty's Damn the Torpedoes, Stevie Nicks' Bella Donna, and U2's Rattle and Hum. In 1990, Iovine co-founded Interscope Records with Ted Field. Under his leadership, the label became one of the most dominant forces in popular music, launching or elevating the careers of Dr. Dre, Tupac Shakur, Nine Inch Nails, No Doubt, Eminem, 50 Cent, Lady Gaga, and Kendrick Lamar. He rose to become chairman of Interscope Geffen A&M Records. In 2006, he and Dr. Dre co-founded Beats by Dre, which Apple acquired in 2014 for $3 billion — the largest acquisition in Apple's history at the time. Iovine subsequently helped launch Apple Music in 2015 before departing Apple in 2018. His accomplishments include being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2022 with the Ahmet Ertegun Award, being honored by the Recording Academy's Producers & Engineers Wing during Grammy Week 2012, co-founding the USC Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy in 2013 with a $70 million donation alongside Dr. Dre, launching the Iovine and Young Center high school program in Los Angeles in 2022 with additional locations in Atlanta and Inglewood, and donating to the city of Compton during the COVID-19 pandemic to fund medical supplies, testing, and meals for residents. https://davidsenra.com/episode/jimmy-iovine Made possible by Ramp: https://ramp.com Eight Sleep: https://eightsleep.com/senra Function: https://functionhealth.com/senra Chapters (00:00:00) Introduction: The Corny World of Fame (00:00:54) The Impact of Social Media on Fame (00:01:27) Chasing Greatness: Personal Reflections (00:02:10) Technological Shifts in the Music Industry (00:03:24) The Streaming Service Dilemma (00:05:34) The Artist's Perspective on Streaming (00:06:39) Early Career and Influences (00:09:40) The Importance of Humility (00:11:19) Working with the Best: A Career Retrospective (00:13:07) The Role of Brutal Honesty (00:15:00) Navigating the Music Industry (00:33:50) The Birth of Beats by Dre (00:46:14) The Music Industry's Customer Problem (00:46:44) Vertically Integrating Culture and Fashion (00:47:13) Building Beats: From Music Videos to Headphones (00:48:03) Marketing is Empathy (00:50:28) The Journey of Beats Music (00:59:09) The Future of the Music Industry with AI (01:14:40) The Bend in the Pipe: Harnessing Fear and Obsession (01:29:12) Comparing Work Approaches with Dr. Dre (01:30:50) The Tortured Path to Success (01:32:41) Balancing Happiness and Ambition (01:35:22) The Importance of Peace and Therapy (01:49:30) Learning from Legends (01:55:57) The Influence of Bono and Dre (02:00:15) California Dreams and Career Milestones (02:07:20) Final Thoughts and Reflections Learn more about your ad choices. It's hilarious until it isn't, then it's honest in that way only friends can be.We pivot to real-life chemistry: Adderall stories from brutal bar shifts and why stimulants feel different without ADHD. One of us flashes AA time and court-ordered sobriety, and we get into what addiction sounds like when you want to believe it isn't yours. From there, sports becomes both grounding and combustible. We break down speed versus quickness in the NFL—Tyreek Hill's terror in a phone booth, Xavier Worthy's runway sprint, Jerry Rice's fourth-quarter stamina—and tell on ourselves with LA Fitness tales about switching, screens, and that one shooter who never stops moving. Then it gets personal. Ancestry reveals shake family trees, and we debate prolific fatherhood—Nick Cannon, Elon Musk, resources versus presence, and whether we give passes to men with money that we'd never give to anyone else. It's messy, funny, and painfully real. We cool it down with a movie sprint: Primate love, a zombie thriller worth your time, cautious optimism for 28 Years Later, and respect for the classics like No Country for Old Men and Which Way Is Up. This one feels like a night out with your smartest, loudest friends—wild swings, hard truths, and big laughs. If this ride hits, tap follow, share it with someone who loves sports and chaos, and drop a review telling us where your non-negotiable line is. We'll read the boldest ones on air. Thanks for listening to the Nobody's Talking Podcast. Going Deeper With God - The Cost

Faith And Failures

Send us a textReady to leave the shore? We dive straight into what it actually takes to go deeper with God, moving from comfortable routines to a surrendered life that carries weight. I share a simple starting rhythm—five minutes of prayer, five of Scripture, five of praise—to build spiritual muscle memory, then challenge you not to mistake the starting line for the finish. Using marriage as a living picture of loyal love, we explore why real relationship always costs something and how love reorders our plans, priorities, and pride. We open Scripture without flinching. Luke 14 asks us to count the cost before we pick up the cross. Malachi 1 confronts our leftovers and calls for honest sacrifice. Romans 12 reframes worship as a life on the altar, and 1 Samuel 15 reminds us that obedience beats performance every time. I talk about “lamplight faith”—how God often shows only the next step—and why depth comes from a steady yes in the quiet more than a loud moment on stage. Along the way, we clear up a common confusion: nothing can separate us from God's love, but love received still calls for a life transformed. Fruit reveals the root.We also address the tension that real discipleship creates. Jesus said truth would divide, and following Him may cost comfort, approval, and even relationships. I call out “Cool Whip Christianity”—faith that looks full but weighs nothing—and invite you to carry substance instead of fluff. Hot-button cultural debates are reframed as biblical convictions, but the goal isn't outrage; it's responsibility. Every believer is a minister of the gospel. That means awkward, loving conversations, persistent mercy toward our critics, and a daily choice to live a holy, set-apart life that points to Christ. If you're tired of surface-level faith and ready for depth, hit play, take the next step, and then tell me: what costly yes is God placing in front of you today? Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs courage, and leave a review to help others find the show.Support the show

New year pressure can feel like another thing you're supposed to fix about yourself. This session flips that—it's not about becoming someone else. It's about getting clear on what actually matters to you, and using sound to help your nervous system settle enough to hear yourself think. What this session is:This restorative audio session built around four resonant frequencies: C for grounding, A for inspiration, G for expression, and E for personal power. This is longer and more immersive than our standard tracks—it's active, not passive. You'll be invited to reflect, choose an intention, and let the sound help you regulate while you do it. The frequencies support nervous system coherence, which research suggests can help with focus, emotional clarity, and stress recovery. This isn't background noise—it's a practice.Best use moments:When you want to start the year (or month, or week) feeling centered instead of overwhelmedBefore a big decision or life transition when you need mental spaceAfter doomscrolling or social comparison spirals—when you need to reset your internal compassSunday night or Monday morning intention-setting instead of anxiety spiralsAnytime you're tired of performing productivity and want to reconnect with why you're doing any of thisWhen you need to hear yourself again underneath all the noiseHow to listen:Headphones strongly recommended—frequencies work better with stereo immersionFind a spot where you won't be interrupted; sit, lie down, or move gently if that helps you focusYou don't have to meditate perfectly—fidgeting, shifting, note-taking, and pausing are all fineSome people use this once to mark a moment; others return to it weekly or monthly as a check-in ritualIt's an invitation, not homework—use it when it serves youYou're already whole. Hi again.Yes, it's another hour-long video. No, I'm not sorry about it.This one is simple on purpose. Just birds, wind, leaves doing their thing, water minding its business. No dramatic crescendos. No “you are now entering a portal” energy. Just the kind of sounds that remind your nervous system it doesn't have to be on high alert all the time.Long before playlists and apps and productivity hacks, people paid attention to this stuff naturally. Not to optimize anything. Just to sit, listen, and feel less alone in their own head. Nature didn't need to convince anyone it was healing. It just was. This hour of natural soundscape is here if you need a place to land.To study without silence feeling too loud.To nap without your thoughts turning into a meeting. To meditate without trying to achieve anything impressive. There's solid research showing that natural sounds can help regulate stress hormones, stabilize mood, and support focus by giving the brain something gentle and predictable to rest against. But honestly, you don't need a study to know that birds don't yell at you or demand immediate responses. That alone helps. If you're listening while resting or meditating, try this:Breathe in slowly through your nose.Let the exhale take a little longer than the inhale. No counting required. Just let the breath stretch itself out.You don't need to “do” anything while this plays. Let it be background. Let it be foreground. Let it be something you forget is even on until you realize you feel a bit softer than before.

Is "White Noise" too harsh for you? Does your brain feel like it's constantly vibrating with stress or ADHD chatter? In this episode of Calming Anxiety, we step away from the silence and tune into Green Noise—the specific sound frequency of nature.Unlike the static of white noise, Green Noise sits in the mid-frequency range (like wind in heavy trees or a rushing river), which research suggests is the "Goldilocks" zone for the human nervous system.Whether you need 10 minutes to hack your focus for deep work or you need to "wash" your brain of anxiety before bed, this guided "Forest Bathing" session is your reset button. In this session, we will covers:The Green Frequency: Why your nervous system prefers the sound of wind and water over pure silence.Virtual Forest Bathing: A guided visualization to transport you from your desk (or bed) to an ancient, cool forest. The "Stream" Technique: How to visualize your racing thoughts flowing away like water over smooth stones.Somatic Safety: Using sound vibration to tell your body, "You are safe now."
