The Moment “Confident” Sounds Like “Certain” A few weeks ago, we found ourselves talking about how quickly AI is moving. It's not just that it can answer questions fast—it's that it can sound certain while doing it. https://www.youtube.com/live/mWd2QqPzFWA And when you're staring at a big money decision—debt, investing, taxes, retirement—certainty feels like relief. It feels like clarity. But after thousands of conversations with real families, we've learned something that never changes: people don't just need answers. They need judgment. They need wisdom. They need someone who can hear what's not being said and help them make decisions they can live with. So we're tackling the question head-on: Will AI replace financial advisors? The Moment “Confident” Sounds Like “Certain”The Promise and the Limits of an AI Financial AdvisorWill AI Replace Financial Advisors? The Promise and the Limits of an AI Financial Advisor If you've been asking, “Will AI replace financial advisors?” you're not alone. With ChatGPT and other tools now in everyone's pocket, it's natural to wonder if you can depend on technology to do what an advisor does—maybe even better than a human. In this blog, you'll walk away with: A clear view of what an AI financial advisor can do well today The limits of ChatGPT financial advice (and why it matters) The real difference in AI vs human financial advisor—and why it isn't mostly about math How to use AI in financial planning without outsourcing your responsibility A simple framework for letting AI serve your decisions—not lead them We're not here to hype AI or fear it. We're here to help you use it wisely—so you stay in control of your financial life. Will AI Replace Financial Advisors? Start With the Real Problem: Information Overload, Wisdom Shortage We live in a world drowning in information. You can Google anything. You can ask ChatGPT anything. You can get 1,500 opinions in five minutes—especially about money. But access to information isn't the same as knowing what to do. That's why this conversation matters: we don't just have an information problem. We have a wisdom problem. You can search “how to invest” or “how to pay off debt” and get answers that sound smart—but those answers don't actually understand your life, your goals, your emotions, your discipline level, your blind spots, your family responsibilities, or your values. People don't get stuck because they can't find an answer. They get stuck because they can't tell which answer is true, which answer is opinion, and which answer applies to their reality. This is the first reason the “AI will replace advisors” narrative falls short. AI can multiply information. But it cannot automatically create wisdom inside you. AI Financial Planning Tools Can Help You Find Information Fast—but Speed Isn't the Same as Stewardship AI in the financial world isn't brand new. The industry has used advanced modeling tools for years—Monte Carlo simulations, tax planning software, retirement projections, portfolio analytics. What's changed is how accessible and conversational it's become. Now you can ask an AI tool a question like you'd ask a person. That's powerful. But it also creates a temptation: treating the tool like a decision-maker instead of a tool. And that's where people can get harmed—not because AI is “evil,” but because it's easy to transfer your trust to something that sounds confident. AI Financial Advisor vs Human Financial Advisor: What AI Does Well (And Why That's a Gift) Let's say this plainly: AI can be a good tool. Used well, it can help you become more prepared, more organized, and more proactive. Here are practical ways AI in financial planning is already genuinely helpful. What AI Can and Can't Do in Financial Advice: AI Excels at Technical Speed and Structure AI is excellent at gathering technical information quickly and helping you manipulate scenarios. Instead of building spreadsheets, calculators, and formulas from scratch, you can get a structured outline in minutes. It can help you: Summarize concepts in plain language Compare strategies side-by-side Generate checklists and planning questions Turn notes into a presentation Create “what if” scenario prompts That can help you see possibilities faster. But seeing possibilities is not the same as choosing wisely. How to Use AI With a Financial Advisor: Let AI Raise Your Questions, Not Replace Your Counsel One of the best uses of AI is preparation. You can ask it: “What questions should I ask my advisor about retirement?” “What are common blind spots in tax planning?” “What are the tradeoffs of paying off debt versus investing?” “What does it mean to reduce drawdown?” Then you bring those questions to a real conversation with a professional who understands context. Used this way, AI can help you show up better. That's very different than AI taking over. ChatGPT Financial Advice and the Biggest Risk: It Doesn't Know What's True—It Knows What's Repeated One thing we've noticed quickly: AI tools learn from what's out there on the internet, and they don't always know what is true versus what is simply popular. Sometimes things look like “truth” because they're repeated endlessly. That matters in money decisions, because repetition isn't accuracy—and it's definitely not wisdom. So if you're asking, “Can you trust AI for financial advice?” the answer depends on how you use it. Can You Trust AI for Financial Advice? A Simple Framework Here's a practical way to think about trust: Trust AI to organize information. Trust AI to help you generate questions. Don't trust AI to carry your responsibility. Don't trust AI to know your full story—your fears, habits, values, and family dynamics. AI can be a strong assistant. It's not a wise authority. Robo-advisor vs Financial Advisor: Why Optimization Isn't the Same as Guidance Robo-advisors have been around for years. They can be helpful for automating portfolio allocation and rebalancing. But the question isn't whether robo-advisor vs financial advisor is better in theory. The question is: what do you actually need? Most people don't struggle because they lack a portfolio. They struggle because when real life hits—fear, uncertainty, loss, family conflict—they stop making consistent decisions. Money decisions are never just math decisions. They're human decisions. And real guidance isn't just optimization. It's interpretation, coaching, and sometimes even protection from your own impulse. AI and Behavioral Finance Coaching: The Moment Emotion Enters, the Math Isn't Enough A perfect example came up in our conversation. Someone left an advisor because they felt dismissed emotionally. The message they kept hearing was, “Don't worry.” But they were worried. So the plan was adjusted to minimize drawdown—the goal was reducing the size of losses during downturns. That created more peace. Then the market rose strongly, and the question became: “Why am I not up as much as the S&P 500?” That's a human moment. It's normal. It also reveals the deeper truth: we often want safety and maximum upside at the same time. An AI tool can explain that tradeoff intellectually. But the real work is helping a person reconnect their decisions to their values and expectations—and then stay consistent under stress. That's where AI vs human financial advisor becomes obvious. The issue isn't intelligence. The issue is integration. Roth Conversions and the Problem With “Perfect Math”: You Have to Know the Future (And You Don't) Roth conversions are a great example of why financial decisions can't be reduced to formulas. Whether a Roth conversion is “best” depends on factors like: Future tax rates Your income path Your withdrawal timing And how long you'll live Many financial models require assumptions about the future that cannot be known. AI can run scenarios. It cannot remove uncertainty. It also cannot decide which risks you're willing to carry, which outcomes matter most to you, and how your family should prepare if life doesn't go as modeled.

In this episode, I'm breaking down what it actually means to set your mind on the Spirit in Romans 8. Because I think a lot of believers feel this tension. We want to be spiritually minded, but we also have real responsibilities. Work, family, bills, decisions, pressure. And sometimes it can feel like choosing the Spirit means neglecting real life. I'm going to talk about why that's not what Scripture is saying. Being spiritually minded isn't escapism. It's learning to live from obedience and trust in God while still showing up faithfully in what He's already put in your hands. We're going to look at what's actually governing your decisions, how to balance faith with practical responsibility, and why living from the Spirit produces peace and purpose. Starting over is awkward. Whether you're back at the gym, wrestling with grief, or stepping into a new routine, the beginning can feel clunky and emotional. In this solo episode, I'm sharing a very real week from my own life—post-snowstorm, post-holiday, mid-humbling workout. I talk about what it's like to be a beginner again, how hard it is to make decisions (even when you want to change), and why it's okay to start messy. You'll hear about building emotional and physical strength, the difference community can make, and how doing “reps”—in any part of life—is what truly creates change. If you're in a season of starting again, this episode will help you feel less alone and more capable than you thought. 3 Listener Takeaways: • The courage to begin again isn't flashy—it's honest, human, and repeatable. • You don't need motivation. You need momentum. One rep at a time. • Give yourself grace. Starting over is still forward. In this episode, Toni is joined by former producer and longtime friend, Cydnee Traversari, to share the real-life story of her dog Rufus and his journey from being significantly overweight to thriving at 16 years old. The conversation offers an honest, relatable look at how easily weight gain can happen—and how powerful small, informed changes can be. Toni and Cydnee discuss early feeding mistakes, including relying on kibble guidelines, overestimating portions based on current weight, and unintentionally over-treating. Cydnee shares how switching to higher-quality, more nutrient-dense food, cutting portions, and eventually incorporating raw feeding helped Rufus lose over 10 pounds and dramatically improve his mobility, energy, and overall health. The episode also touches on behavior changes linked to diet, the role of joint supplements, managing senior dogs, and why questioning marketing and feeding charts matters. With humor, honesty, and zero judgment, this conversation reinforces a key message: better food, proper portions, and education can add years—and quality—to a dog's life.

This episode is dedicated to Disorder's only ‘Founding Sponsor', Greg Merriman, who passed away from Pancreatic Cancer last week. He was a software entrepreneur, a wine lover, and an American-Anglophile. To Jason's mind he was a classic example of that old time Midwestern decency, which the world is sorely lacking these days. He was a true Mega Orderer and will be sorely missed. This week, Jane and Jason analyse the endgame scenerios of Trump's sabre rattling over Greenland and what the protests in Iran might lead to. They sketch opportunities for how the Europeans could step up and lead at this moment – if only they chose to. And as they Order the Disorder, Jane discusses Donald Trump's disregard for international law and how we could try to make International Law Great Again. After a short break, the hosts of Pastors' Wives Tell All reconnect to reflect on the new year, the weight of calling, and the miraculous ways God continues to show up. In this heartfelt episode, they pull back the curtain on the emotional highs and lows of running a nonprofit and trusting God with both the pressure and the provision. The conversation centers around Come Away Missions and the work God is doing in Rwanda—often in ways no one could have planned. Jessica shares a powerful testimony about a dream that unexpectedly led to a significant financial provision, reminding listeners that God's timing is rarely our own, but always intentional. As the hosts open up about the vulnerability of fundraising, the temptation to carry pressure that doesn't belong to them, and the role of prayer-filled community, this episode becomes a reminder that faith is often built dot by dot—only making sense in hindsight.Listeners are encouraged to stay steadfast, trust God's promises, and not miss the moments when He shows up in miraculous ways.Key TakeawaysGod often provides in unexpected and deeply personal waysThe pressure of calling doesn't belong to us—it belongs to the LordCommunity and prayer are essential when faith feels stretchedGod's timing connects dots we can't see in the momentMiracles aren't always loud—but they are always purposefulGet all the info about our next pastors' wives retreat and apply here:https://www.pastorswivestellall.com/attendaretreatTo purchase the BOOK, head here: https://pastorswivestellall.com/bookTo shop our MERCH, head here: https://pastorswivestellall.com/shopWant to support the Pastors' Wives Tell All podcast ministry? ¿Alguna vez has escuchado a hablantes nativos decir 3 o 4 frases coloquiales seguidas y te has quedado pensando "¿Qué está pasando?"?. En este episodio, David y Ana te enseñan 5 expresiones esenciales que usamos casi a diario, pero que raramente aparecen en los libros de texto.
If you've ever waited to “feel confident” before you take the leap… congratulations, you've been scammed by your own brain. In this episode of This Is Woman's Work, Nicole Kalil goes full confidence-nerd (with the occasional rant) with Dr. Shadé Zahrai—behavioral researcher, peak performance educator, and author of Big Trust—to expose what confidence actually is, why self-doubt doesn't disappear, and how to build real self-trust that holds up when life gets messy. What we get into: Why confidence isn't the opposite of self-doubt (and why that myth keeps you stuck) The thing you actually need first: self-trust / Big Trust—backing yourself before the outcome is guaranteed How “failure” can build confidence if you stop making it mean you are a failure The self-image trap (including a wild scar study that proves your brain will invent reality if you let it) The Four A's of Big Trust: Acceptance, Agency, Autonomy, Adaptability (aka the internal upgrades your confidence has been begging for) The 4 Inner Deceivers (and the bonus villain): The Classic Judge (never impressed, always loud) The Misguided Protector (aka fear dressed up as “logic”) The Ringmaster (grind culture's toxic BFF) The Neglector (everyone else first… until you break) The Victimizer (outsourcing your power like it's a hobby) If self-doubt is showing up, it doesn't mean you're broken—it means you're human and doing something that matters. Build Big Trust, take the step anyway, and let confidence catch up like it always does. Thank you to our sponsors! Send a text to Melissa and she'll answer it on the next episode. Let's talk honestly about constipation—what's truly normal, what's not, and how to get back to regular without relying on harsh laxatives. We break down the real signs of constipation beyond just “skipping days,” including hard, dry stools, straining, incomplete emptying, or no urge at all, and we map those patterns to targeted homeopathic remedies that support the body rather than forcing it.We walk through practical matches: Nux vomica for tense, irritable, stressed-out “always urging, never empty” patterns; Bryonia for dryness and pain that worsen with movement; Alumina when there's no urge and sluggish bowels; Silica for the “bashful stool” that slips back in; Opium for severe sluggishness after anesthesia or medications; Calc Carb for slow metabolism and large, painful stools, especially in kids; and Lycopodium for afternoon bloating, trapped gas, and IBS-like discomfort. Along the way, we share how to choose potencies and frequency with a light, sensible touch.Beyond remedies, we dig into the everyday shifts that make a big difference: choosing the right magnesium and pairing it with Mag phos, staying truly hydrated, using warm lemon water to prime digestion, and leaning on fruit like prunes, pears, kiwi, and berries. Movement matters more than most people realize, so we offer simple ideas—from walking to gentle squats—to nudge peristalsis. Parents will find guidance for easing fear and withholding in kids with kindness and flexible strategies. We also flag when to seek medical input: blood in stool, severe pain, more than five days without a bowel movement, unexplained weight loss, or recurring episodes. Most of all, we connect the dots between elimination and whole-body health—mood, skin, energy—so you can move from coping to confident. If this conversation helps, subscribe, share it with a friend who needs relief, and leave a quick review so more people can find these practical tools. You may also gain Access to my Fullscript dispensary and save 30% by going to: https://us.fullscript.com/welcome/mcrenshawFIND ME!

We are in a society where most kinds of aggression and masculinity are demonized and denigrated as bad, evil, or unhealthy. But is there such a thing as healthy aggression? In this episode, I talk about the importance of viciousness, standing up for ourselves, fighting back (when necessary and from a healthy place), the survival instinct, and what I call warrior energy. Knowing which fights to get into (and why) is a big part of this. Unfortunately, much aggressive raw survival energy is wasted on stupid online arguments and pointless protests. In this episode, I explore what warrior energy means and can look like in the contemporary world, what causes our lack of it (and extreme misdirection of it when it's present), and where we can channel this energy instead (and why we should be aware of any of this at all).-Secrets of a Witch is a podcast by writer, artist, and spiritual teacher Sabrina Scott. Ask Me How I Know: Multifamily Investor Stories of Struggle to Success
High performers facing burnout and decision fatigue often wonder if alignment can survive real life. In this episode, we test overflow in one real decision and one real moment—so you can feel what changes when pressure no longer leads. There comes a moment for many high-capacity humans when the theory finally meets reality. You've done the inner work. You've felt alignment. You've tasted what life can feel like without constant pressure. And then real life shows up.A hard decision.A charged conversation.A moment where the old patterns would normally take over.In this episode of The Recalibration, we zoom all the way in—not to explain overflow, but to test it.This conversation is for leaders and high performers who are quietly asking:What if this falls apart when it actually matters? What if overflow only works when things are calm? What happens when there are stakes, expectations, or tension in the room?Rather than offering hype or motivation, this episode brings evidence. What you'll hear in this episode:Why overflow doesn't remove hard moments—it changes how you meet themHow pressure once created speed, but alignment creates steadinessWhat happens in your body when you stop bracing before decisionsWhy staying present preserves your energy instead of costing itHow identity stability allows you to lead without abandoning yourselfThis episode weaves together themes from across Season Three:Burnout recovery that doesn't require disengagementDecision fatigue that lifts when urgency steps asideRole confusion and identity drift that settle through embodimentSuccess without fulfillment that gives way to grounded presenceSpiritual exhaustion that eases when performance no longer defines worthAt the heart of this episode is the core truth of the Identity-Level Recalibration (ILR) pathway:This isn't another mindset tactic or performance strategy. ILR is the root-level recalibration that makes every other tool effective again. When identity is stable and the nervous system is regulated:You see more informationYou respond instead of reactYou don't fracture yourself to manage the momentPressure once felt like protection.Overflow proves itself through experience.Today's Micro RecalibrationBeExplore Identity-Level Recalibration→ Join the next Friday Recalibration Live experience → Take your listening deeper! In this episode, Dr. Nicole Dolan talks about The Art of Chaos: Healing, Motherhood, and Spiritual Awakening in Real Life. Dr. Nicole Dolan is a psychologist, author, speaker, and mother of three whose work bridges depth psychology, nervous system healing, and spirituality. With over 15 years of clinical experience – and lived experience parenting a neurodivergent child. Nicole supports women and mothers navigating trauma, identity, and transformation without self-abandonment. She is the author of the forthcoming memoir The Art of Chaos, which explores how healing, motherhood, and spiritual awakening often unfold through disruption rather than linear growth. Nicole speaks to therapists, healers, and conscious parents about integration, nervous system wisdom, ancestral healing, and reclaiming wholeness in the midst of real life. Her work invites a redefinition of healing – not as fixing what’s broken, but as remembering who we are beneath the chaos. My favorite authors were those whose styles were realistic and relatable, so when I began creating my first novel in my thirties, I knew that, above all, I wanted my stories to connect with readers. My first foray into writing was a book about the biblical character Ruth. I spent years rewriting and shelving the book before finally submitting it to Elk Lake Publishing. They loved the book, and helped me prepare it for publication. Now, my work of biblical fiction, Princess of Moab: A Novel of Ruth, is finished and ready to find its readership. I also have a contemporary Christian fiction series called The Rose Collection. These timely novels spotlight healing after spiritual abuse. I keep my characters grounded in the real world, so while they grow, learn, and seek solutions, they must also confront the detritus of the past. I write what I know, whether firsthand or through close observation, infusing the joy, happiness, and humor that come with spiritual freedom and love. The Rose Collection goes further than the deconstruction of broken spirits to the reconstruction of rescued souls. My non-fiction book, The Women Who Set the Precedents: An Exploration of the Bible's Bill of Rights for Women, is a deep dive into the prophecy of Bathsheba. Each chapter explores the life of a biblical woman as she embodies the principles of empowerment, intelligence, and spiritual maturity mentioned in the iconic, but often misapplied, last chapter of Proverbs.*As an Amazon Associate, I receive a small commission from purchases made through links on this video.✖️✖️✖️Support the Show: Patreon.com/PreacherBoys✖️✖️✖️If you or someone you know has experienced abuse, visit courage365.org/need-help✖️✖️✖️CONNECT WITH THE SHOW:preacherboyspodcast.comhttps://www.youtube.com/@PreacherBoyshttps://www.facebook.com/preacherboysdoc/https://twitter.com/preacherboysdochttps://www.instagram.com/preacherboyspodhttps://www.tiktok.com/@preacherboyspodTo connect with a community that shares the Preacher Boys Podcast's mission to expose abuse in the IFB, join the OFFICIAL Preacher Boys Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1403898676438188/✖️✖️✖️The content presented in this video is for informational and educational purposes only.
