In particular, we discuss the changes occurring to vegan markets as big meat companies try to insert themselves in these markets following the explosive success of companies like Beyond Meat. Our guest in this episode is Janet Lynch, a seasoned veghead and woman of color who has been involved with this food space since the '70s. Our interview with Janet is a speculative discussion surrounding the trajectory of veganism into the future as well as Janet's journey to veganism. Stay sustainable :)
