With the hours and hours of scrolling through the feed , we often feel guilty about this thing, yes that's call smartphone addiction! With internet access , instant messaging and social media apps meets all our needs and it's a smart addition to our lives. It provides solutions for everything be it food , fitness , current affairs and also we can know what's going on in our friends life.showcasing the smart phone addiction is a real concern today .so what can be done (solutions)? Well smartphone addiction is impacting our life mentally as well as physically leading to depression, anxiety, and poor sleep . Solution for it is to breathe, yes it's that simple we call it meditation , dhyana , vipassana, pranayam . The most preferred meditation technique is guided meditation apps which I use are (sattva / headspace ) here you can find most prestigious meditation techniques .it becomes important for youngsters also mediation can act as a powerful tool to counter stress. Well the second method goes to dopamine fast challenge .let's see how it works , take a day in a month or a week in which you are not operating any digital device so what can be done 1) stay hydrated 2) keep your diet simple. Don't you think ? We can get back our life by switching off the mobile phones.
