I believe everyone in the world has a story behind what made them into the person they are today. The world holds many obstacles and challenges where every individual handles in a unique way, I find beauty in the concept that no two individuals are exactly alike. Knowing that you are truly unique, brings value to loving yourself as an entity especially in a time where mental health is still a critical issue in our society. My podcast invites listeners to come to hear stories of completely random and authentic individuals, the guests invited to the show are not celebrities or major personalities. Much rather, these are individuals living a regular lifestyle and may share similarities to you. My goal is to help the audience hear stories that allow them to connect with our guests, to give a sense of belonging, and eliminate the idea that you are alone. My goal also is to give a platform to these individuals to either anonymously or publicly voice their feelings. Come join me on an adventure of understanding new perspectives and a deep dive into mental health.
