If you drop and crack your phone’s screen, you wouldn’t then crush the whole phone. Same: an off-macro meal doesn’t make for a ‘cheat day.’ An argument doesn’t make for a terrible relationship. A poor set of circumstances doesn’t make for a bad day. The struggle doesn’t define us but our response to the struggle will determine it’s strength in our life.

It’s not being fake to keep serving when you’re not feeling it. The greatest gift we can give is authenticity and sharing even when life has happened. If you’ve stopped, keep going. When you don’t believe, trust the process. If you don’t feel it, just show up!

You and I have an opportunity every day, every moment, to drink from a well of abundance, peace, joy and love. IF we are interested. It’s not a requirement. No one will do it for us but as we do that we will build trust with ourselves and have the opportunity to pour life into others.

Starting is often the hardest part for me but it’s rooted in a lie that I won’t follow through and finish what I started. So here it is, the start. Let me know your thoughts on social @sethericp
