It is February and I need to give an update.I realize that right now it is all basically filler but I want to start answering questions and maybe touching on topics. I still have 2 weeks left of Hell Month at my job and after that things should be more smooth sailing and I can actually have free time to focus on things like this podcast and my blog.

Setting my goal for the end of October
I am working on getting back into the habits that made me successful, avoiding snacks and fast food plus intermittent fasting. Today is my first weigh in day after falling off the wagon.
After a successful July and August I had some pitfalls in September and got out of good habits and back into bad habits. September was a month that will help me learn and grow (or shrink as the case may be) so that I can get a permanent hold on my eating issues and bad habits.
