Explaining my progress and process for genius hour week #1.
At this point, I have mostly baking left to do, so I spent most of my class time organizing, labeling paper plates, and emailing the author of a cookbook of bread.
I made a lot of changes to my timeline to fill in some gaps. I only ended up keeping one of the original recipes, and went on to record videos for my first two loaves of bread.
This was a short work day because I missed class for the senior citizens' luncheon. I did some work on my pitch day slides.
Today I started thinking about the interactive part of my presentation.
I worked on a printable timeline and finished by looking for more recipes.
Today I discovered ancient bread recipes and started thinking about a final project.
