My name is Jess, i am a 36 year old female who was diagnosed with anxiety and depression in October 2018. Taking antidepressants is tough and actually sometimes until you can sort the medication out, taking them and the side effects are sometimes worse than the actual anxiety and depression itself. So this is a pod cast of my experience.
