A podcast where Larry calls his Philmont friends from 20 years ago.
Peter is known to many as the writer/performer of songs, "I Don't Mind", "Tooth of Time (been chewin' on me)" and others. When he was a conservationist he created a show that was performed with the Cyphers Mine staff called, "Trail: The Rock Opera"- which may be one of my favorite Philmont memories. Peter is now an award winning violin maker living in California. My apologies for some rough audio on the phone call.
Spencer and I worked together at Black Mountain and we were close friends for many summers. We even worked one year together on tent crew! He was the star of one of my short films in college and much more. He now lives in Taos with his wife and young family where he has his own Fly fishing business. He also is a master of fly tying so there's plenty to catch up on and reminisce about. And... he's got a pretty cool new development that he will be sharing with you and I- sounds pretty amazing so tune in for that.
