Not Happy (But Still Worthy)

This episode is not an episode but a monologue. A speech. A babbling away of thoughts, if you will. Today it's 7 years since my dad died and I am talking about it, along with everything else that's on my mind. I'm human. I'm a mess sometimes too. Life sucks a lot- but we can get through. If you are part of the club of grief, well then feel right at home. I can be unhinged and still function. I can feel like absolute crap and still save the world. It's hard. Everything is hard... NOTHING IS OKAY RIGHT NOW and that's okay. (NB: The sound quality may be a little bit off because I'm recording outdoors)

Life is a literal hell sometimes. We're at the beginning of a new decade, a new year, and most likely processing a lot of new things (and old things) that can be unimaginably overwhelming. The mantra of this episode is "It's Okay". Anxiety has nothing on you. Take a deep breath and put your headphones on. You got this.
