In this first episode, the group facilitator Sharon introduces parent Kathy who reveals how the public speaking program has benefited her girls age 10 and 14. Sharon explains the logistics and set up of a typical meeting and how they use short prepared speeches, games, impromptu speaking, and feedback to guide the children.
