Against all the odds, episode 4 is here! We're happy to report that no members of the Radio 7 team died during the making of this episode (and that is specifically 'during' this episode - our thoughts go out to Jack and Mark's families). No fatalities on air! We'll call that a win.On today's show we've got all sorts, including guided meditation, 30-second meals, and a disgusting little fish that lives at the bottom of the ocean.And just to clarify, none of our current staff members (well, fingers crossed for Jack) are, "swimming with the fishes," because, as stated above, they are all alive. A fact which fills me with the perfect amount of positivity to be able to say: roll on next week!

Our host may have revealed slightly too much about his dark past, and there was that unfortunate incident involving a demonic possession, but apart from that, very positive! This week we've got rappers, we've got video games, we've got everything you'll need for a major disaster, AND we've still got a good feeling about this series. Let's go!

We're back! Series 2 starts here and boy do we feel good about this one. Sure, this is only the first episode, but there's just something in the air, you know? It's like nothing could possibly go wrong. Anyhoo, in today's ep we've got: fishing, space ships, four dogs, unrelenting bleakness and a memoir. And a lucky rabbit's foot!
