What if neurodivergence, intuition, and psychic ability are all connected, and we've been misunderstanding them this entire time? In this mind-expanding episode of Mayim Bialik's Breakdown, Dr. Julia Mossbridge—cognitive neuroscientist, author of Have a Nice Disclosure!, and Human Potential Research Lead for The Telepathy Tapes—returns to the studio to pull back the curtain on the brain, consciousness, and humanity's untapped abilities. Dr. Mossbridge reveals what neurodivergence actually looks like in the brain (and why individual lived experience matters more than labels), her groundbreaking view that there's no true distinction between unconscious processing of local information and non-local information, why information is not the same as matter or energy (and why that changes everything), and what kinds of information we can access non-locally through remote viewing. She also breaks down: - Tips anyone can use to strengthen intuition, psychic perception, and precognition - Why nonspeakers may lead the next love revolution, and what their abilities are teaching us about consciousness - How to safely explore non-local awareness without losing grounding - Hidden positives & real drawbacks of diagnostic labels (and how they can both empower and limit us) - Cognitive drain we're all experiencing from modern society, and why so many people feel chronically overwhelmed - Why most people don't understand how they operate until they revisit their childhood and caregiver relationships - How identifying your special abilities offers the clearest window into your internal world - Brain-based factors that affect our ability to filter environmental and non-local input - True definition of unconditional love—and why it's a functional state, not a feeling Dr. Julia also opens up about deeply mysterious chapters of her life, including: - Her experiences in a gifted childhood program she believes she doesn't fully remember - Possible ulterior motives of the program's administrators - Potential ties to research on radiation exposure and radio waves - What it's been like to publicly acknowledge extrasensory abilities as a respected academic - When she first realized she had psychic abilities, and how those abilities evolved over time PLUS...Julia guides Mayim through a live remote viewing exercise, demonstrating how unconditional love can be used as a signal to access information from the future, in real time. This episode challenges neuroscience, psychology, and everything we think we know about the limits of the human mind. TUNE IN to MBB to change how you see yourself, your brain, and reality itself! Hidden Killers With Tony Brueski | True Crime News & Commentary
Defense attorney Bob Motta joins us to break down the seven-month delay in the Sarah Grace Patrick murder trial and what it reveals about the prosecution's case.Sarah Grace Patrick, 17, is charged as an adult with two counts of murder in the shooting deaths of her mother Kristin Brock and stepfather James Brock in Carroll County, Georgia. The couple was found shot in their bed on February 20th, 2025. Their young daughter discovered the bodies. Sarah called 911. Five months later, she was arrested after the Carroll County Sheriff's Office announced they had "mountains of evidence" against her.The trial was set for January 5th, 2026. It didn't happen. Judge Dustin Hightower pushed the case to August 3rd, 2026 after prosecutors said they would need time to review a defense neuropsychologist's evaluation and potentially hire their own expert to rebut it. The defense answered ready. The state wasn't.Bob Motta examines what this delay signals about the strength of the state's case. No murder weapon has been produced. No forensic evidence linking Sarah to the killings has been publicly disclosed. No firearm was found at the scene. We also discuss the social media narrative that's developed around this case and whether a teenager's TikTok activity should be treated as evidence of murder.#SarahGracePatrick #BobMotta #DefenseAttorney #CarrollCounty #MurderTrial #KristinBrock #JamesBrock #TrialDelay #CriminalDefense #TrueCrimeJoin Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISDOES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? The Chicago Bears beat the Green Bay Packers 31–27 in the NFL Wild Card Round, and this is the immediate postgame reaction from Missing the Point. DK Sizzle (Dave Clarke) is joined by first-time guest Leah Clarke (Steelers fan / wife / resident sanity coach) to break down the Bears–Packers playoff comeback after Chicago trailed 21–3 at halftime and pulled off an 18-point comeback—the largest Bears playoff comeback in franchise history. We talk Caleb Williams’ clutch 4th quarter, Ben Johnson’s aggression, the Bears offense finally taking control late, and why the Bears defense felt like chaos even when it made the final stand. We relive the biggest swings: missed chances on loose balls, the moment the Bears found life, the late-game drive, and the “too much time left” panic as the Packers pushed into field goal range. Then we zoom out: what this win means for the Bears season, why Caleb’s postgame mindset (“job’s not finished”) hits different, and how Chicago’s narrative changes after finally winning a playoff game for the first time in 15 years. We also sneak in a quick Steelers–Texans preview (Monday Night Football), CJ Stroud cold-weather chatter, Pittsburgh’s defensive identity, and why you should probably smash the under. Bears. Packers. Playoffs. Immediate aftermath. Bear down.

George Soros, the billionaire attempting, with considerable success, to destroy the civilized first-world, is in the news AGAIN, with Trump yesterday making a Truth Social post correctly implicating Soros AGAIN in his nefarious schemes to destroy white first-world civilization. It's important, I think, to understand not just the underlying details of how Soros goes about his planned destruction—the complex networks of relationships and findings—but also the broader strategy he and his allies employ.Because that strategy is fundamentally the looting of the West to finance its own destruction, the opening of the bank vault to allow its resources to be taken—and if we can close the vault door, that largely solves the rest of the problem, whatever Soros might wish to do.
A shocking discussion unfolds as new revelations point to billions of taxpayer dollars potentially lost to fraud, mismanagement, and political negligence. From Minnesota's Somali daycare scandal to California's homelessness, crime, and unchecked spending, the story is growing — and so are the questions. As officials like Governor Tim Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison, and Governor Gavin Newsom face mounting scrutiny, Americans are left wondering:

Most people are completely missing why Venezuela matters so much in the global power struggle and why oil is only part of the story. I explain how Trump's focus on Venezuelan resources connects to China, Iran, and America's long term leverage in a rapidly shifting world order. When you understand what is really driving these moves, you'll see why this moment has implications far beyond headlines and why discernment matters more than reaction. Today On Word Balloon Scene Missing takes a deep dive into Otto Preminger's Anatomy of a Murder, the landmark courtroom drama that shattered Hollywood taboos and rewrote how adult themes could be portrayed on screen.Joining me is Chicago radio legend Dan McNeil, known to generations of listeners from WSCR and WMVP, bringing his sharp perspective and cultural memory to the conversation. We break down why Anatomy of a Murder was so controversial in 1950.From its frank sexual dialogue and moral ambiguity to Duke Ellington's groundbreaking jazz score, and why it still feels modern today. McNeil and I examine James Stewart's career-defining performance, George C. Scott's volcanic debut, and Preminger's fearless refusal to spoon-feed the audience easy answers. This isn't just a film-school autopsy. It's a conversation about censorship, masculinity, truth versus storytelling, and how a supposedly “old” movie still punches harder than most modern courtroom dramas. Smart, opinionated, and unapologetically adult.
Tribes are raising concerns about U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity and the safety of their tribal citizens living in the Twin Cities after 37-year-old Renee Good was fatally shot by an ICE agent Wednesday in Minneapolis. The Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, White Earth Nation, Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, and Red Lake Nation have issued releases expressing remorse for Good and her family. A number of Native groups have also extended their condolences, included the Minnesota Indian Women's Sexual Assault Coalition and Native Women Running. The restaurant Owamni by Sioux Chef Sean Sherman, in Minneapolis, closed after the shooting. In a social media post, Owamni said it will reopen with a portion of sales this weekend being donated to Good's family. Tribes are encouraging their citizens to report any interactions with ICE to them, to be mindful of their surrounds, carry identification, including tribal IDs, and to check on elders and relatives in the Twin Cities. The Red Lake Nation is condemning the shooting saying President Donald Trump must be held accountable for his “war of retribution” and that it has 8,000 members living in the Twin Cities where “ICE is presently terrorizing residents.” The Trump administration is justifying the shooting while city and state leaders disagree. The mayor wants ICE to get out of Minneapolis, and so does Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan (White Earth/D-MN). On national television during an interview with ABC News Thursday night, Lt. Gov. Flanagan said, “it's time for ICE to get out of Minnesota,” to leave them alone, and that enough is enough. Meanwhile in South Dakota, the Oglala Sioux Tribe is also raising concerns about its tribal citizens living in the Twin Cities. In an advisory to tribal citizens, OST President Frank Star Comes Out said he has been made aware that ICE detained four of their tribal members in Minneapolis. He said tribal attorneys have been instructed to reach out to Flanagan and work toward their release. The advisory to Oglala Lakota citizens also includes how to handle ICE interactions, and to contact Star Comes Out or other officials with the tribe immediately. Brian Bull contributed to this story. The Community Giveback event between MMIW Search & Hope Alliance and Project Lemonade benefited foster youth and generated donations of socks, hats and stuffed animals in Portland, Oreg., Saturday, December 13, 2025. (Courtesy Kimberly Lining) A Portland, Oreg. organization involved with Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP) awareness and advocacy is holding volunteer training. Brian Bull of Buffalo's Fire reports on what people should expect should they participate in MMIP events. For roughly a year and a half, MMIW Search & Hope Alliance has conducted searches and events that support their community. Founder Kimberly Lining says they rely heavily on volunteers to get things done across the region. Besides being physically fit for hiking, marches, and distributing materials, Lining says it is also important that people are emotionally mature and tough. “How they handle stress. How they handle dealing with confrontation because a lot of times we’re dealing with devastated families. And sometimes their anger can be directed at us, and it’s not personal. It’s because the families are under so much pressure.” Kimberly Lining, founder and coordinator of MMIW Search & Hope Alliance, at its first annual conference held in Gresham, Oreg., on Monday, May 5, 2025. (Photo: Brian Bull) Lining says a common misperception is that volunteering with groups like hers is some kind of true crime adventure, or that all they do is search for bodies. She says most MMIP cases result in finding people who are alive, but even then there can be challenging situations. “A lot of times they’re struggling from an addiction. So we kind of look at that aspect. ‘Hey, do you need to get into detox? Would you like to go here? Do you want to speak to your family?’ We really encourage the missing that we find to call home, call their family, and we offer to give them that resource.” Volunteers with special skills such as scuba diving, rappelling, or operating drones are great, Lining adds. The MMIW Search & Hope Alliance's training will be held on January 10. Get National Native News delivered to your inbox daily. Sign up for our daily newsletter today. In this episode, we reflect on a rare missed recording and share a series of listener stories that raise broader questions about compassion, responsibility, and civic duty. We examine claims surrounding illegal orders in the military and the role of oaths and institutional accountability before turning to the “foolishness of the week,” including the internet's ability to amplify extremism and reward outrage. We then shift to why Americans consistently believe the economy is doing worse than the data suggests, exploring consumer sentiment, inflation, wages, housing costs, and the lingering psychological effects of pandemic-era stimulus. We close by discussing housing as both shelter and investment, the realities of rent and mortgage affordability, student loan debt, rising expectations, and why economic anxiety persists even in periods of growth. 00:00 Introduction and Overview 00:31 Missing an Episode for the First Time 02:28 Listener Gift and Firefighter Calendar Story 03:52 A Belated Christmas Story of Compassion 07:13 Mark Kelly, Illegal Orders, and Military Oaths 12:40 Foolishness of the Week: Nazi Dating Sites 15:08 The “Village Idiot” Theory and the Internet 18:07 Why Americans Think the Economy Is Terrible 22:08 Consumer Sentiment vs. Economic Data 24:37 Inflation, Wages, and Why It Still Feels Worse 29:27 COVID Stimulus Effects and Income Perception 33:30 Housing Costs, Rent, and Homeownership Myths 37:10 Mortgage Rates, Rent Increases, and Risk 41:04 Housing as Shelter vs. Housing as Investment 45:29 Why People Still Can't Afford Homes 48:33 Social Media, Expectations, and Lifestyle Inflation 51:02 Student Loan Debt and the Real Affordability Crisis 55:14 College Costs, Tradeoffs, and Financial Reality 57:44 Expectations, Advertising, and Economic Anxiety 01:00:40 Why Consumer Sentiment May Never Fully Recover Learn more about your ad choices. Key Themes 1. The Shift: Entertainment vs. Encounter The Problem with Modern Church Production Social media created a "copycat phase" where churches could suddenly see what megachurches were doing Churches adopted same equipment, same songs, same production values What was unique became ubiquitous - "we all became copies of each other" Gen Z is "the most marketed to generation in human history" and numb to production Quote: "Gen Z is the most marketed to generation in human history. And we're all kind of numb to the production. I don't think people are looking for hype. They're looking for hope." What People Actually Want Something real and tangible An experience of God, not just information about God Presence, not just presentation Transformation over information The Internet's Limitation Really good at delivering information (especially with AI) Cannot facilitate an encounter "There's something that happens in the room that doesn't happen online" 2. What "Encounter Over Entertainment" Looks Like The Tonal Shift Worship leaders being more sensitive to what's happening in the room, not just rehearsed transitions Preachers leaving space, not just hitting time marks Paying attention to what God might be doing (people crying, leaning in, visible reactions) Creating space to breathe Silence and Space "When I started in ministry, my goal was to get rid of as much silence in church as I could" Now: "Where else are you going to get silence? You don't get it unless you're in church" Don't have to fill every moment with words Can be silent or "noodle" on instruments while creating space Quote: "People's lives are so noisy and so crowded. I mean, we don't even sleep without white noise machines or anything like that. So where else are you going to get silence?" Evoke vs. Manipulate Can't plan a revival - it happens or it doesn't Job is to "set the table" and make space for the Holy Spirit Example: Great movies evoke genuine tears by accessing real emotions Cheap manipulation feels different Quote: "It's not our job as Christians to manipulate. It's our job possibly to evoke, to say, 'I'm going to set the table. I can't control the Holy Spirit.'" 3. The Liturgy Issue Modern Church is "Liturgically Malnourished" Liturgy = order of service (not an outdated term) Modern church handles joy and praise well Missing: contemplation, confession, lamentation, reflection Lost practices: prayers of confession, prayers of the people Carey's Confession Presbyterian background included prayers of approach and confession As church became attractional, prayer became "just an opportunity to clear the set for the sermon" Regrets thin prayers: "God, it's so good to be here today. We thank you so much. Amen." Quote: "It's like confess your sins to one another and you will be healed. We don't do that anymore. What if we did that?" Not Either/Or, But Both/And Keep good lighting, sound, production, and musicians who can play Add breathing room, texture, color, tone, mood Use liturgical calendar and historic practices adapted to modern context Don't approach Sunday as "slots to fill" Creative Freedom 52 Sundays = 52 blank canvases Already do this well at Easter and Christmas Can be more creative without confusing people Example: Good Friday Service Ended in darkness with no announcement Faded to black and stayed there People sat in uncomfortable silence, then slowly left "I wanted them to feel that discomfort... if you can even get a small sampling of that" Easter Sunday picked up in darkness, then sunrise/resurrection 4. Live Streaming Strategy Who Should Live Stream? Not every church needs to live stream everything Need good musicians to sound great online (around 400-500 attendance to have talent base) Need separate mix for online vs. in-house Poor production = "school play" - only interesting to those directly involved Quote: "A lot of churches, and these are well-meaning, beautiful Christian people. If you don't have the talent in production or in worship, you sound like a school play." Alternatives Stream just the message On-demand after, mixed in post-production Audio only if video isn't good Consider what strangers stumbling on feed would think The Discovery Argument Pre-COVID minority of churches streamed Now "everybody you want to reach is online" "All of non-Christian America, all the nuns, all the duns, all the atheists, all the agnostics, they're on the internet" Can't remember last time truly unchurched person hadn't watched online for weeks/months before visiting The New Foyer Online is now the foyer, not the physical lobby People investigate online before visiting By the time they show up, they're ready to go "further, faster" "They've already done their investigating. They've already asked ChatGPT all the questions" 5. Practical Service Design Handling Growth Pressure Multiple services create pressure to program everything tightly Solution: Trim 5 minutes from sermon Do 60-minute service with breathing room between Create more lobby/connection space Leverage outdoor space (if climate allows) Worship Set Strategy Don't need extended mix of everything Maybe two songs and a tag instead of three full songs "Sit in the tag for a while" Find the high-impact moments (example: bridge of "How Great Is Our God") Get to what matters, like talent shows do 90-second versions Quote: "You don't have to do the extended mix of everything, the seven minute version, do the tag. That would be great. Space is something that you can do in three minutes if you know how to do it well." Service Flow Examples Don't make people stand and greet (where else does that happen?) Have emotionally intelligent people on doors, not just available people Greet people the way THEY want to be greeted Consider kids moments, announcements, communion as natural transitions Call to commitment/involvement comes sooner now than 10 years ago 6. Online Presence Best Practices Website Design Design for new people first Show service times and location prominently (mobile friendly) Staff page is #3 most viewed - people want to see "are there people like me?" Use accurate photos (don't show 27-year-olds if congregation is 70+) Show actual diversity if you have it Quote (Seth Godin): "Culture is people like us do things like this. So what people are looking for, are there people like us?" Content Strategy Lead with best sermons, not just latest Most popular videos should be easy to find People don't care if it's from 2 years ago (still watching The Office) Have robust FAQ section for unchurched questions Position yourself for lost people, not just members 7. The Current Moment The Harvest is Ripe People are seeking more than maybe in past decade or two Culture is saturated with production - not the competitive edge anymore Mental health crisis caused by social media People desperate for something real What to Do Pray for it (spiritual activity) Make newcomer journey easy Take them somewhere when they show up Go deeper faster - they're ready Quote: "People come to church looking to find God, but sometimes all they find is us. They found a really cool song, they found a really great message, but they didn't actually find God in the midst of it." Give Them Meat Reference to Tara-Lee Cobble and The Bible Recap Provide historical context (helps Christians AND non-Christians) Don't be afraid to go deep on sin, gospel, redemption Write/speak in accessible "street Greek" like the New Testament Example Opening: "Hey, we're going back 3000 years. And there was a guy named David who was King of Israel. He was trying to keep the kingdom united because there was a north and a south. You can relate to that. These are divided times..." Quote (Tim Keller): "It's worse than you can possibly imagine and better than you can possibly dream." 8. Leadership Advice For Young Church Staff (25-40) Navigating Frustration with Leadership Write down actual issues you're facing (budget, staffing, expertise) Present respectfully, thoughtfully, submissively Good leaders will either provide resources or adjust priorities Identifying Toxic Culture Unrealistic expectations Unsympathetic to staff needs Expects 60-hour weeks with no life Toxic leader will get mad/defensive when approached Options in Toxic Environment Respectfully approach and share difficulties Accept the glass ceiling and stay Build healthy team within unhealthy body (temporary solution) Leave - "unhealthy bodies drive out healthy cells" Interview Questions for New Positions Ask to talk to current staff (not the pastor) Ask to talk to FORMER staff Find out who left and why Read Google reviews Have meals/experiences together (reveals character under pressure) Quote: "Ask around, ask if you have permission. Don't ask the pastor. Don't ask the pastor. Are you healthy? The toxic people, 'I'm so healthy.'" 9. Team Building & Growth Hiring Philosophy Only hire A players C players: you know immediately (late, unmotivated, incomplete work) - should be gone B players: good but not great - "it's too bad but we'll survive" A players: if they quit you'd need 3 people to replace them Quote (Netflix): "Adequate performance gets you a generous severance package." A Player Test If they knocked on the door saying "this is my last day," how do you react? C player: "Thank goodness, now I don't have to fire them" B player: "Too bad but we'll survive" A player: "Grabbing the waste basket and throwing up" Growth Wisdom Don't settle on staff because you're panicking Will eventually become bloated with no profit Profit = "permission to do this again tomorrow" (Seth Godin) Most businesses fail not from lack of vision but lack of cash Use tools like Working Genius to find right fit Don't just find A players - find A players with gifts your team needs Cultural Values Write them down and review regularly Ritz-Carlton: 26 values, reviewed 2-3 daily in team meetings Use to evaluate: "Where are we winning/losing with our values?" Catch team members exemplifying values Values help instill culture as org chart grows 10. Upcoming Projects Carey's New Book Topic: AI and the Future Church Thesis: "As the world becomes more artificial, we need to become more human as Christians" Church's future direction is human connection Expected publication: 2026 Latest Book "At Your Best" - about time, energy, and priorities Notable Statistics & Data Points 72% of teenagers have tried AI chatbots 31% prefer AI companionship to human companions Pre-COVID: minority of churches streamed services Can't recall single unchurched person who didn't watch online for weeks/months before visiting Around 400-500 attendance: churches start having talent base for good production 80-95% of church growth in America is conversion growth (not transfer) Top 3 website pages: Homepage, Messages, Staff/About Production Quality Basics Good Enough to Stream Great singing (doesn't need to be phenomenal) Decent lights Pretty good mix Can work with church of 150-200 with good coaching Everything else can be helped with technology Bare Minimum Great guitarist + great vocalist = "off to the races" Don't feel pressure to have full mediocre band Add musicians as you find/afford great ones Practical Takeaways Create space in services - silence, breathing room, sensitivity to the room Recover lost liturgical practices - confession, lamentation, contemplation Go deeper faster - people are ready for meat, not just milk Design for online discovery - unchurched people are investigating you Lead with best content - not just latest content Only hire A players - don't panic hire when growing Build real human connection - counter to increasingly artificial world Make newcomer journey easy - they're ready to engage quickly Be creative with 52 Sundays - not just slots to fill Focus on encounter over entertainment - production supports experience, doesn't replace it Questions for Further Reflection How can we create more space for confession in our services? What would it look like to "evoke" rather than "manipulate" in worship? Are we positioning our online presence for unchurched discovery? Is our production supporting encounter or replacing it? What emotions are people carrying into our services, and how do we acknowledge that? Are we moving too fast for the Holy Spirit to work? Memorable Quotes "I don't think people are looking for hype. They're looking for hope." "People aren't looking for more information. They're looking for presence, not just presentation." "The internet is really good at information, especially with AI. You want to know anything, you can find out anything, but the internet can't really facilitate an encounter." "It's not our job as Christians to manipulate. It's our job possibly to evoke." "Where else are you going to get silence? You don't get it unless you're in church." "If you don't have the talent in production or in worship, you sound like a school play." "Everybody you want to reach is online." "Your foyer has moved online." "People come to church looking to find God, but sometimes all they find is us." "As the world becomes more artificial, we need to become more human as Christians." "Adequate performance gets you a generous severance package." "Profit is permission to do this again tomorrow."

Monday 3pm Hour: Jason starts the show asking a basic question - if people are here without documentation, should they be deported? Is that question being lost in the chaos over ICE? Then he talks about the conflict between Rep. Angie Craig and Rep. Tom Emmer on the House floor - do we really want the temp turned down on political rhetoric? (Photo by Heather Diehl/Getty Images)
If people came here illegally, should they be sent home? That's the "yes or no" question that Jason starts the show asking the audience. It seems like that question is getting lot in the controversy over ICE. (Photo by Stephen Maturen/Getty Images)
Is Candace Owens being unfairly attacked for hosting an open-source investigation rather than presenting finalized conclusions? Jimmy thinks so, emphasizing that Owens' role is to surface leads and tips that the broader community can then investigate. He highlights commentary from "Jesse On Fire," who explains that Owens acts as a central hub for vetted clues, while viewers collectively verify, debunk, or confirm them without turning disagreements into infighting. Jimmy goes on to criticize media figures and influencers who frame unverified leads as proof of incompetence or malice, claiming this division serves institutional interests that want investigations shut down. He concludes that discrediting Candace is a strategy to derail collective inquiry, arguing that real investigations require following every lead to its end—even ones that go nowhere. Plus segments on comments from a prominent Israeli billionaire that the US will have to forgo free speech rights for Israel and the Trump administration's insane charges against Maduro. Also featuring Russell Dobular, Max Blumenthal, Stef Zamorano and Mike MacRae. Plus a phone call from Andrew Cuomo!
In a brand new filing with a. Federal judge, the Trump led DOJ just confessed that they may have lost (or buried from public view) about 3.2 million documents related to Epstein and the continued child sex trafficking coverup scandal. Michael Popok reports on a new letter to Federal Judge Englemeyer in which the DOJ and Pam Bondi backpedaled without explanation and now lower the number of Epstein files to be reviewed from last week's “5.2 million” to this week's “2 million” opening the door to more questions than it answers. Despite the lack of (outdoor) professional golf during this first week of January, Andy and Brendan know the show must go on! The two are admittedly down in the dumps a bit with no Kapalua on our TV screens and wonder if we've already seen the final PGA Tour event played at the Plantation Course. This "rite of passage" may not be kicking off 2026, but there has been plenty of TGL to fill the void! The Bay GC and Atlanta Drive match on Tuesday night was a "second-screen filler" for Andy, Brendan, and PJ, and all three admit some level of fatigue with the screen golf league after just three matches of season two. Some of the new holes are nice, Chris Gotterup has been a star, and Roberto Castro has improved the ESPN broadcast, but nobody knows where TGL should rightfully stand in the golf ecosystem. Even with all of these outstanding questions facing its first league, TGL has expanded and founded a WTGL, coming this winter! Lexi Thompson, a semi-retired professional golfer, has signed on to be the face of the women's league, which Andy and Brendan both deem to be "too much" screen golf. Andy thinks a WTGL league could be better than the LPGA's week-to-week product, but doesn't have much faith that the TGL will figure out how to get there. There's a lengthy discussion about TGL rosters and how nobody can figure out who's on what team with all of the "alternates" in play before everyone agrees that too much time has been spent on screen golf in this episode. Speaking of teams, Talor Gooch made a strong, Sam Presti-like move adding Harold Varner III to Smash GC! This trade came as a result of Thomas Detry joining fellow Illini Thomas Pieters on the 4Aces, marking another signing for LIV during this Hot Stove season. Elvis Smylie has also joined the league, teaming up with Leish and Cam Smith on the Rippers. After a very, very abbreviated Schedule for the Week, Andy leads his yearly look at the Top 10 of the OWGR as the group predicts which players will fall out of the top spots by the end of 2026. Join us in Chicagoland for an SGS Live Show on Thursday, February 12! We'll be hanging out at SPACE in Evanston, Illinois for a night of Q&A, Champs Tour Minute, and plenty of Bears chatter. The A70 UFO Incident | Paranormal Podcast In our first episode of 2026, we journey to Scotland to explore the A70 incident, one of the UK's most compelling alien abduction cases. On the night of August 27, 1992, Gary Wood and Colin Wright were driving south on the A70 highway near Edinburgh. As they traveled through the small town of Bonny Bridge—an area with over 300 UFO sightings annually—Colin spotted something unusual shoot across the sky. Minutes later, both men witnessed a massive two-tiered disc hovering just 20 feet above the road. Rather than stopping to observe this craft, Gary made the split-second decision to accelerate and try to drive underneath it. When they passed beneath the object, it released a shimmering silver mist that touched their car, plunging both men into complete darkness. What felt like only a few seconds to them turned out to be far more significant—when they regained their bearings and found themselves inexplicably driving in the opposite direction, they discovered they had lost approximately 90 minutes of time and arrived at their friend's house well past 2:00 AM. The aftermath of this encounter proved even more disturbing than the initial experience. Gary began suffering from severe, unexplainable headaches that led to extensive medical testing including MRIs, CAT scans, and even a spinal tap—all of which came back with no answers from confused doctors. Desperate for understanding, both men turned to the British UFO Research Association, which recommended hypnotic regression with Dr. Helen Walters, a qualified hypnotist and psychic. During these sessions, Gary—a hardened ambulance driver who had seen countless traumatic situations—burst into tears and had to be escorted out of his first regression, while Colin remained eerily calm throughout. Through multiple sessions, both men independently described being taken aboard the craft by three six-foot-tall gray beings with large heads, dark eyes, and four long fingers, then being led through circular hallways into fog-filled rooms where they were stripped and examined.

A feckless Chief Justice who is obviously trying to avoid being attacked by his favorite president Trump, issued a worthless “Final Report” on this past year at the Judiciary, filled with misstatements, omissions and misleading “statistics”. Missing from the report? Any mention of Trump's attacks on the Judiciary, Judges, Lawyers and Law Firms, the violence threatened against them, the use of rogue US Attorneys to go after Trump's political enemies, the corruption of the DOJ, the lack of ethics at the Supreme Court, and the battle that has spilled into the open between the lower federal trial courts and the Supreme Court, or the Court being complicit with Trump through the use of the “shadow docket” to allow back door appeals to side with Trump 86% of the time. Michael Popok blows apart the Report and its attempt to wrap Roberts and judges in a flag to fool the American people into believing that the Third Branch hasn't been captured by MAGA and Trump. Sarah got a good news/bad news situation about her lady parts, and she wants the world to know about it. We learn about a man who has been walking the globe for over 25 years and he is on our main nerve. Sarah watched the Murder in Monaco documentary, and it made her wonder whether you can lie to yourself if you do it long enough. We hear why men are becoming more involved in their health and well-being, but Susie wonders if this isn't just machismo dressed up as self-care. Sarah reveals which animals are the most "monogamous," and we wonder whether humans are messing up the data. Plus, we learn about Orville and Wilbur Wright's sister Katherine, who was erased from history despite her genius work.Brain Candy Podcast Website - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/Brain Candy Podcast Book Recommendations - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/books/Brain Candy Podcast Merchandise - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/candy-store/Brain Candy Podcast Candy Club - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/product/candy-club/Brain Candy Podcast Sponsor Codes - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/support-us/Brain Candy Podcast Social Media & Platforms:Brain Candy Podcast LIVE Interactive Trivia Nights - https://www.youtube.com/@BrainCandyPodcast/streamsBrain Candy Podcast Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/braincandypodcastHost Susie Meister Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/susiemeisterHost Sarah Rice Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/imsarahriceBrain Candy Podcast on X: https://www.x.com/braincandypodBrain Candy Podcast Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/braincandy (JOIN FREE - TONS OF REALITY TV CONTENT)Brain Candy Podcast Sponsors, partnerships, & Products that we love:Begin your personalized roadmap to sexual happiness with Beducated by taking the quiz at https://beducate.me/pd2602-braincandyGet $30 off your first box - PLUS free Croissants for life - when you go to https://wildgrain.com/braincandy to start your subscription.
