Everyone has experienced some discrepancy as it relates to their normal functioning, and that is okay, because we have to deal with a whole lot of stressors on a day-to-day basis. However, what is not okay is ignoring these tell-tale signs, leaving the little tear will destroy the whole garment. Take time to take care of your mental health, take time to take care of you.
