    Archivist, activist, and radical educator, Josh Burford leads this keynote address that looks at the issue of Southern Queer organizing and the history behind what has happened vs the conception of who Southern Queers are. We will look at the history of queer grassroots organizing in the US and how that has manifested in the South. We will also discuss some of the dangers that exist within the framework of a single issue community, specifically for Southern Queer communities.
