Because of the following facts we should avoid eating animal products 1) Animal products are full of fat and cholesterol and according to latest research cause diabetes and obesity therefore we should avoid eating animal products. 2) Animal products don't have any fiber. We all know that dietary fiber helps in treating constipation, lowers cholesterol levels, helps in controlling blood sugar levels therefore when fibre is not present what is the fun of eating such food. 3) They don't contain antioxidants and we know to get free radicals out of our body we need antioxidants and to reduce inflammation in our body. Therefore it would be better for people to avoid eating animal products
