Wait That Wasn't 2020?

I tell the story of how my school was (rumored to be) put on lockdown because a tiger was on campus but that wasn’t actually the case. Turns out it was because my house was broken in to and I wasn’t told about that part until approximately 10 years later, left to think it was just a weird day where there was a tiger loose on my Northern California Elementary School.

On the first episode of “Wait, that wasn’t, 2020?” I discuss the details of what it’s like being stuck in an elevator for 40 minutes alone and being rescued by 4 firemen last May. (Update: I realize now, the show I mentioned as "Live FD" is actually called "Live Rescue." Doesn't change the story up, I just mixed up the show title. Cheers!)

If you don’t know me, my name is Marisa and I am just your average 20-something year old but I tend to have a bunch of funny WTF stories that just follow me around. So this made me think, Marisa you need to tell these stories. Since 2020, has (reasonably) seemed to be quite hard and wild for most people, I’m going to try to bring some distraction and light into your world for a bit. This podcast is going to be a collection of my personal WTF stories that will make you say “Wait, that wasn’t 2020?”
