Hi. I’m new to this so here we go! I thought for my first podcast I would take you for a walk around my neighbourhood talking about being mindful. I have Bipolar and often feel unmotivated, unhappy and lazy. Today I wanted to show you the joy of mindful walking, taking in all of your senses and concentrating on the here and now, distracting yourself from the negative and thinking about the beauty in our world. It’s simple, free and anyone can do it. Listen out for my encounter with a pigeon! I hope you enjoy listening to me ramble on but hey we are all in it together! Listen to me anywhere!
