THIS IS A WEIRD ONE! Nothing in this podcast was planned! Not even the subject matter. I woke up in a shitty mood, wanted to tell you guys so that you know sometimes it’s okay to just not be okay- even if it’s just because you are tired (I think it’s engrained into my personality at this point). But then I tried to save it by talking about a conversation I had with someone I love a couple of hours before, then Milly started singing, then Milly joined in and whatever you get from this just know that when you want the best for someone, when you know that they are unhappy and wanting of change, lift them up and whatever advice you give, try and do it in a nonjudgmental way. This podcast is about taking ownership of your life, don’t get stuck in this rat race shouting out from the top of your voice that you are the way you are because this happened, or because of them, or because of this and that. It’s DONE, it’s OVER! And if it isn’t shake off that label, because you’re the only one who can truly have any kind of hinderance to your life. Take away all that negative shit. Not feeling loved? Reinforce that in YOURSELF everyday and surround yourself with better people. Not feeling good enough? Challenge yourself more, make yourself proud, try and reach new heights and see new things. Hey guys! So today I talk about why its important to keep a diary/journal, what can be put in it and share some embarrassing stories. I didn't mention this in the podcast but I do not write in mine everyday, but like once a week or even once a month - dependent on how I feel and what is going on in my life. I understand life can be stressful and a bit overwhelming at times so I believe getting it all down and trying to rationalise thoughts, or document feelings is a good stress reliever.
