The pilot episode of my new podcast. Hosted by myself with the objective to encourage, support and inspire. The topic? Mental health with multiple sub headings around this subject. Fitness, stories, special guests, honesty, rawness as well as breaking the stigma along the way. I look forward to posting this and all the feedback. This is me and my story :)
