Upon completion of this module you will be able to i) plan and prepare yourself to manage feedback in difficult situations during clinical teaching encounters, and ii) deliver feedback in difficult situations during clinical teaching encounters.

Upon completion of this module you will be able to i) discuss the rationale for writing descriptive statements for summative assessment, and ii) practice writing examples of descriptive assessment statements.

Upon completion of this module you will be able to i) discuss social media "rules of engagement" as they apply to physicians, ii) anticipate and mitigate social media missteps and pitfalls, and iii) discuss reasons for engaging in social media.

Upon completion of this module you will be able to i) describe the common mistakes, challenges, and critical steps in being successful with a clinical procedure, and ii) practice unpacking the key features of an effective clinical procedure with a learner.

Upon completion of this module you will be able to i) practice "thinking aloud" by describing your clinical reasoning to your learner, ii) guide your learner in developing their clinical reasoning skills, moving them from Reporters to Interpreters, iii) guide your learner in developing pertinent "illness scripts."

Upon completion of this module you will be able to i) apply a framework to identify and categorize the difficulties experienced by a learner, and ii) describe the considerations for intervention and remediation.
