This document outlines four phases for successful implementation: • planning • preparing • implementing, and • evaluating. The 21 step sequence is interrelational, and may be considered out of this printed order. These steps provide guidelines for leadership teams regarding implementing a 1-to-1 program. For each step there is an overview, questions to consider, suggestions and links to relevant resources.
Whole school planning and implementation, enthusiastic teachers, and empowered students are all contributing to a successful rollout of the National Secondary School Computer Fund (NSSCF) computers.
