Jeff Johnson '08 graduated from Azusa Pacific University and headed to South Africa to start a non profit organization called Themba.
At Azusa Pacific University, students are passionate about service. Students like Nenji Yilpet ’10. While at APU, Nenji worked with the people living on Los Angeles' Skid Row, serving as an inspiration for children and families to improve their quality of life. But as she says, it was the kids who inspired her.
