Society puts so much pressure on food and working out. It has created this overly complicated diet culture. We need to stop overthinking about all of these unreliable "diets" and just let our bodies do the talking.
Learn to take a step back and minimize that stress. Focus on reacting better and moving forward, rather the dwelling on the negativity.
