In Episode Two, part two, I reassess my approach to distance running after a pretty tough training run outing. I discuss with my cohort some pros and cons about our upcoming race, and receive more professional advice on doing it right. Naturally, the episode concludes with us actually competing in an ultramarathon for the first time.
