Hello, welcome to my first podcast my name is Gata but you can call me the public health Chingona. I am a masters level public health Specialist with over 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry. This podcast, like my personality will be all over the place but the base of it will be to cover a different health topic during each podcast & talk about how politics, healthcare professionals, administrators, insurance companies, patients & social media play a good, bad or ugly part in care outcome. I will also sprinkle in episodes of my life experience as a middle age woman facing single life, empty nester, mother of an adult, ageism, sexism and everything in between.
