Today I talk with my good friend Rohit. Rohit was fortunate enough to take parental leave when his daughter was born. We talk about balancing family, work and time for self along with positive impact extended parental leave has had on his bond with his daughter.

Today I speak with Mike Reynolds. He’s father to two young girls and I think has some really progressive and wonderful views on being a dad today. We talk about how important it is to encourage your children to discover their own strengths and personality even in the face of negative influences from others. I talk to my good friend Sunit Mohindroo. He’s the co-founder of his own startup. What’s interesting about his story is that he has a mega-commute. His start up is in Toronto but his family is in Milwaukee. We talk about how he handles that to stay a Rad Dad and a Woke Dad and also how different father figures in his life have influenced him as a dad.

In today’s episode I speak with Ray who has two kids; a boy and a girl. We talk about how how his parents influenced him, what he hopes he can pass on to his kids and using tech to stay in touch with his family.
