If you struggle with what you feel your image should be, slow down! You are royalty by your own definition. You can only press forward if you believe in yourself. I’m here to encourage, uplift, motivate, and mentor.
Many times mental disease is something persons of color can’t seem to relate to. Let me tell you, I can and if we’re honest most of us can! Here you will hear some of my struggles and how they appear on the surface.
Look at the simple things and embrace them. Focus on you for a few minutes everyday.
Hurt people hurt other people and the seed you sow will reap a harvest even if it’s a weed!
Why do we self segregate and allow people to tell us where we belong? Can we please keep in mind that segregation is a mindset that is dangerous to us as a people?!
The choices you make are vital. Make them using a sound mind and do not allow fear to determine your path.
