First SPB Talk on Souncloud! (in English) Years ago, on deployment in Africa I met the very charismatic Latvian SOF Officer Janis Bruns. Back then we had good talks, did some combat training and hit the range together. Now 2019, as veterans we have met again to talk about a book Janis just published: "The Transition Manual - Successful Integration after military life into functional civilian Life." We talk about breathing, detoxification, mind-body connection and all the things every man should think about at least once in his life.
