Regina and the bar patrons are held captive at gun point whilst Regina is given an ultimatum. Everything that Pyramid put in question and doubt for Regina washes away as everything she was before, and that she never lost, instinctively kicks into high gear.
Regina finds herself in a strange place, and meets someone she never expected. The tale is told and Regina discovers what happened on Pyramid. Six months after the incident, Regina struggles with doubt, waiting for Michael in a bar, and then she gets a visitor that challenges her doubt.
Cindy, Regina, and Rachel have a new plan: get the hell out. Now that they can see what they are up against, it doesn't take long before an encounter. Finally, they are free from Pyramid, taking a shuttle that they hope they can start. The relentless creatures do not give up, and when all seems lost, things get worse when something happens to Rachel.
The trek to Blair's room continues, until an impact sensor forces them to hide in a room. Michael makes himself bait, and the others continue to Blair's room by going through the walls of the rooms. Michael comes to a realization as he is attacked. Regina, Rachel, and Cindy watch the video of what happened on the planet.
Rachel and Blair have a visitor and need to make a quick exit. Back at Pyramid, Blair finds Rachel at the bar, and lets her know about the glasses. Before they have time to do anything, they realize Pyramid One has made an unscheduled stop in the middle of nowhere. Rachel finishes her story to the SPARS and the others, and George decides to split the team up, one team to try and get their ship going, and the other going for the glasses that Blair decrypted. Both groups have an unpleasent encounter like they have not experienced before.
Rachel convinces Blair to spill the beans. Rachel and Blair, and some mystery passengers, take a journey to the planet where the Theseus became a ghost ship. After a treacherous approach, the mystery passengers make their way down as Blair and Rachel watch, and wait, and then . . .
The group, trapped in the Control Room, fight their way out. The group splits in two and make their way to the shuttle bay and the SPARS ship, only to find that their way out is no longer an option. Rachel starts her tale, taking them all back to events before the incident.
