URBAN / TRIBE presents Hunt + Gather hosted by Artistic Director Mathew James. Hunt + Gather is an inquiry based audio experience that forages for diverse perspectives to examine pressing questions of our time as a way to foster community and connectivity. This project is birthed out of a need for a space in a time where we have physical constraints that have halted many of our communal practices that serve us as a modality for personal and professional growth. In other words, this is an adventure to foster connectivity and explore new avenues of creativity. Through thoughtful conversations we will share in an experience that can draw us together by listening carefully with compassion, open mindedness and a willingness for understanding. In a time when our world is so polarized, I believe that sharing our experiences and embracing others with radical differences is the way in which we can evolve and reach our fullest potential, together.
