So many of us are rushing around it feels radical to slow down. Walking at a slow mindful pace we are able to embrace the abundance of the beauty all around us and notice the small joys being present and in the moment.
An early sunrise walk starting at the waterfall the negative ions help increases mental clarity and our sense of well-being. The sound of birdsong and the river create a tranquil experience that finishes at the waterfall.
