We all have strength despite our weaknesses.

We may all be guilty of saying something in a moment of anger or frustration that we wish we could take back. I want to help us all to be reminded to be mindful of the things we say but to also remember that there is Grace for our slip ups.

Self Reflection brings up a lot of questions and causes you to really come to terms with things about you that may need to change. I have a few negative habits that have been so hard to break. I just let you all in a little about my back story and give you all a little hope of how we can get over the things that can seem to bind us.

We are in a season of thanks. It was a humourous small conversation with my daughter today that reminded me of that. We can get so wound up in everyday existence that we forget to take the time to slow down and be grateful. Not only to be grateful in our hearts but to verbally express it to those we care about more often than we currently do. Most importantly, we must remember to give our heart of gratefulness to God every chance we get, in the whatever we do and say.
