Every Christian has experienced days or even seasons of feeling extreme guilt over past or present sins, thinking that God is angry or disgusted with them—sometimes even wondering if they’re truly saved. This often happens when believers fixate on their sins while forgetting what Christ has already done on their behalf at the cross. Sam Storms explains it this way: “What consumes us is what we have done by sinning. What ought to consume us is grateful meditation on what God has done with our sinning.” Join us as Dr. Storms explains what God has done and will never do with our sin.Become a Parshall Partner: http://moodyradio.org/donateto/inthemarket/partnersSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Owen was on holiday abroad when he received a disturbing message from a colleague: “The boss is looking to replace you.” Deeply upset, he prayed one morning at dawn and asked God: “Where are you?” Then, he went to the window to open the curtains—and spotted a huge, beautiful rainbow suspended above the lake outside. Immediately, a comforting warmth gushed over him. “It was as if God was simply telling me, ‘It’s okay, I’m here,’” he recounted later. In Genesis 9, God promised not to destroy the earth through a flood again. He promised, “Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth” (v. 16). This covenant was everlasting and unconditional. It depended totally on God’s protection and provision, not on humanity’s performance. And it was just the first of many promises God would make to His people. Jesus, too, said: “Surely I am with you always” (Matthew 28:20). God doesn’t promise that we won’t suffer. But He does promise His ever-present comfort and personal presence. We may not get “rainbow answers,” but we have His assurance that no matter what happens to us in life, He’s always there for us, and we can draw on His strength, comfort, and presence.

It's Witness Wednesday! Students at Georgia Tech have their worldviews tested as Todd Friel brings the biblical Christian faith to bear on issues like the afterlife, morality, our conscience, and our ultimate hope. Have you ever wondered how you'd approach someone on the street with the truth of the gospel? Wonder no longer - join Todd to learn how you can evangelize lovingly, truthfully, and effectively. Segment 1 • Orrin says he's a Christian—but struggles to define his purpose in life beyond career success. • He claims he's a “good person,” then wrestles with Scripture's claim that no one is good. • Orrin is forced to examine whether he's truly born again—or just culturally Christian. Segment 2 • French student rejects organized religion—but concedes design may imply a Designer. • Confronted with the moral law: Are you good by God's standard—or just by your own? • Hears the gospel clearly contrasted with every other religion: “Do” vs. “Done.” Segment 3 • Professing Christian claims Jesus is the “tipping point”—but hesitates when truth becomes exclusive. • Todd presses to explain why Christianity alone is true—and why other faiths are wrong. • The gospel is made painstakingly clear: We go to heaven by faith—not because we're “good.” Segment 4 • Georgia Tech student accepts design logic—but questions who designed the Designer. • Claims to be “generally good”—until conscience is examined under God's law. • Hears a direct appeal: justice demands payment—but mercy offers substitution. ___ Thanks for listening! "Is any thing too hard for the Lord?" This is the question that defines the lives of Abraham and Sarah. From a biological impossibility to a heartbreaking command on a mountain top, their journey proves that God can bring life out of "deadness"—if we are willing to trust Him with everything. Summary: In this episode, we study Genesis 18–23, following the "Father of the Faithful" and the "Mother of Nations" through their ultimate trials. We explore the transition from the joy of Isaac's birth to the gut-wrenching climb up Mount Moriah. The Promise to Sarah: We look at the visit of the three messengers and the shift from Sarah's "laugh of doubt" to her "laugh of joy." We discuss how she received strength to conceive because she "judged him faithful who had promised". The Sacrifice of Isaac: We dive deep into the "Abrahamic Test." Why would a God who abhors human sacrifice command this? We explore the parallels between Abraham offering Isaac and Heavenly Father offering His Only Begotten Son. Life from Death: Using Paul's words in Romans and Hebrews, we analyze how Abraham was able to obey because he accounted that "God was able to raise him up, even from the dead". Jehovah-Jireh: We discuss the significance of the "ram in the thicket" and the name "The Lord Will Provide," exploring how God provides the lamb for us when we cannot provide it for ourselves. The Burial of Sarah: We reflect on the end of Sarah's mortal journey and the faith required to buy a piece of the Promised Land as a "possession of a buryingplace." Call-to-Action: Have you ever had to surrender something you loved back to the Lord, trusting that He had a better plan? How did you find the strength to keep walking up your own "Mount Moriah"? Share your testimony in the comments. To continue your journey toward becoming "Unshaken," please like, subscribe, and share this video with someone who needs a reminder that the Lord will provide. King Jeroboam was entrusted with a kingdom—personally chosen by God to lead the newly formed nation of Israel. All the Lord desired in return was his wholehearted devotion. Tragically, driven by insecurity and fear of losing power, Jeroboam turned away from the Lord. In an effort to secure his own position, he fashioned a counterfeit system of worship, reshaping religion not to honor God, but to control the people of God.

Is God’s law merely moral advice—or the creational structure that holds all things together? Pastor Nate Wright is joined by Dr. Joe Boot and Dr. Michael Thiessen to continue their Think Christianly series with “Think Christianly About Law (Part 1): The Meaning of Law, Natural Law, and Politics.” They argue that every “law word” of God orders creation, that all law is fundamentally religious (never neutral), and that removing God inevitably divinizes the state and fuels statism. They also challenge the appeal to “natural law” as common ground, calling Christians to recover the courage to speak God’s Word publicly—because from Him, through Him, and to Him are all things.

Patrick answers questions about a priest talking about the devil a lot, can you go to Confession to a priest over the telephone, why do some people reject the idea of visitations from the souls in Purgatory, saints and angels and can the words of the Mass during the offertory be changed? Patrick considers these questions and offers concrete answers. (3:31) Patricia - Our Priest plays rock n' roll music really loud and talks about the devil a lot. What can we do about this? (8:03) Bernadette - Can I go to confession on the Telephone with the priest? (11:50) Joe - Why do some people reject the idea of visitations from the poor souls, saints and Angels? (16:36) Luz - When we have the offertory the priest says 'May the lord accept the sacrifice at OUR hands'. Break 1 (20:44) Kevin - Creed: How will Christ judge the living and the dead when the dead have already been judged? On today's Patrick Madrid show, Patrick answers a question from Danny about concupiscence and explains what the word, "concupiscence" means, can we go straight to God for our Confession instead of going to a Catholic priest, and why wasn't Jesus in the tomb for a full 3 days? (00:46) Danny - At what point do you discern when you are sinning because of your concupiscence and when it is because of the Devil? Break 1 (19:15) Patrick explains the meaning of the word, “concupiscence”. (21:53) Bill - My Catholic friend said he didn't need to go to confession but can confess straight to God. How do I respond to this? (33:03) Jonathan - Why wasn't Jesus in the tomb for a full three days even though He said He would be dead for three days? (45:53) Patrick - Do you have any resources for the topic of scrupulosity? Books Patrick recommended: "Scruples and Sainthood" and "A Thousand Frightening Fantasies"
Tim and Mary take a look at the news cycle once again, and while it generally resembles all the news cycles, one thing we can count on is that in Jesus, His mercies are new every morning; this can never be true in the world. He is the faithful one, and no matter how tiresome this world becomes, the one thing God says we need is His mercy, not more dark news about man’s inhumanity to man. So we start there, and then try and make sense of this divisive, judgment ready world. Today we look at the continued blame for everything on white men who love Jesus; Mike Huckabee’s attempt to reason with Tucker; and the world marching to the beat of Antichrist, especially in Europe where the spirit of the AC has preceded him. As interesting as it all is, and helpful to watch the times, Lamentations 3:22-26 says it all: “Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness. The Lord is my portion, says my soul, therefore I hope in Him! The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him. It is good that one should hope and wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.” (NKJV)
Read OnlineJesus said to his disciples: “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives; and the one who seeks, finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.” Matthew 7:7–8Will God grant us whatever we ask for? Though one might conclude this from today's Gospel, Jesus qualifies His statement by adding, “...how much more will your heavenly Father give good things to those who ask him.” In other words, God always gives “good” things to those who sincerely ask. The key question is: What qualifies as good?If we desire something—such as a new car—and perceive it as good, will God grant us that wish simply because we ask in faith? Only if God also sees that gift as good for us. He promises to meet our most basic material needs and provide for all our spiritual needs, but He might not see specific requests as beneficial. For instance, what if driving an old car is better for your soul in fostering simplicity or detachment? God may prompt us to forego that desire for a new car in exchange for something better. God always offers us what is truly good, but this good is defined by His perfect wisdom, not by our immediate wants. What, then, does God perceive as good? Above all, He is the ultimate Good. God is Goodness itself, and there is nothing greater we can ask for than the gift of Himself. If we ask Him to fill our hearts with His grace, uniting Himself with our souls, He will never fail to do so. Moreover, God's will is perfect in every way. If we seek His will, He will reveal it to us. The door He wants to open is the one that leads us to grace, mercy, and the fulfillment of His will. It will always be opened when we knock on this door with a heart seeking His divine plan. One of the most common human struggles is to discern the difference between our will and God's. In our fallen state, we are confused about what is truly good. As a result, when we perceive something as good—such as material success, comfort, or recognition—our desires often become fixated on that false good. Once this attachment forms, letting go and trusting God's will can be challenging. The remedy is detachment—precisely, detachment from our disordered desires. Our passions and desires can be unruly, leading us to pursue things not aligned with God's plan. Detachment begins with allowing God's truth to purify our minds and reorder our desires. As divine wisdom takes root, we begin to desire what God desires and become free from selfish ambitions. This interior transformation enables us to ask, seek, and knock for the things that lead to holiness. Reflect today on Jesus' call to ask, seek, and knock. Do so abundantly—but not for superficial wants or fleeting pleasures. Instead, ask for God Himself and His holy will to be made manifest in your life. Pray that He fills you with His grace, purifies your thoughts, and aligns your desires with His perfect plan. When you do, your Heavenly Father will bestow upon you every good thing beyond anything you could ask for.God of perfect Goodness, Your ways are infinitely wise and holy. You desire only the true good for Your children. Please purify my mind and heart so I may desire nothing but You and Your will. Free me from selfish attachments and misguided desires, and pour forth Your abundant grace into my life. Open Forum The meeting centered on Bose's question about redemption through Christ, with participants affirming that believers are already redeemed through Jesus' sacrifice while still navigating trials in a fallen world. Anya led initially due to Pastor Amos joining late, and Theresa and Derrick explained that trials build perseverance (James 1:2–6) and that apart from Christ we can do nothing, emphasizing that redemption is both a present reality and a future fulfillment. Several women shared testimonies of faith amid hardship—Anya's journey to Christ after her fiancé's death, Stephanie's experience of God's provision through financial strain and caregiving, and Theresa's story of caring for her mother through inflammatory breast cancer while starting a business—encouraging Bose to remain steadfast. Pastor Amos later clarified that salvation renews the spirit though the soul and body still face challenges, noting that not all promises are fulfilled in this life and stressing the renewal of the mind through God's Word. The group also discussed persecution as a blessing, referencing 1 Peter 3:14 and Matthew 5:10–12, and highlighted perseverance in doing good (Galatians 6:9–10). Finally, they contrasted spiritual success with worldly achievement, urging believers to prioritize God's calling over financial or numerical metrics. __________ Partner with Us: https://churchforentrepreneurs.com/partner Connect with Us: https://churchforentrepreneurs.com Leave a Comment: https://churchforentrepreneurs.com/comments __________
Georgia has no safe storage law. A 14-year-old can legally possess a long gun. Colin Gray didn't technically break any gun laws by giving his son an AR-15 for Christmas. So how is he now facing 180 years on second-degree murder charges?Criminal defense attorney Bob Motta breaks down the legal strategy prosecutors are using against Colin Gray—and whether it can survive scrutiny. The facts are bad. The FBI visited Colin Gray's home in May 2023 after his son made threats on Discord. Body cam footage shows Gray telling deputies "God, I knew it" within minutes of the Apalachee High School shooting. He also said he'd been trying to get his son into counseling. Bob analyzes how those statements play with a jury—and whether they're admission of knowledge or a father's horror. The Crumbleys set a precedent in Michigan with manslaughter convictions—10 to 15 years each. Georgia went further with second-degree murder. Colin Gray faces 180 years. That gap shows how Georgia views this case—and what it could mean for parents nationwide.Karen McDonald—the prosecutor who got the Crumbley convictions—said her reaction to Colin Gray being charged was "rage." She said the Crumbley case was never meant to open the floodgates. Legal experts warn this precedent could be applied unevenly, potentially disproportionately against families without resources. Bob addresses whether there's any limiting principle. The kid's history is chaotic: DFCS involvement, school-hopping, swastikas, searched "how to kill your dad" on a school computer, missed his entire eighth-grade year. Does all that make the father look negligent—or create reasonable doubt he could have predicted this?Bob breaks down whether we're watching the rules change in real time.Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Welcome to Day 2805 of Wisdom-Trek. Thank you for joining me. This is Guthrie Chamberlain, Your Guide to Wisdom. Day 2805 – Wisdom Nuggets – Psalm 114:1-14 – Daily Wisdom Wisdom-Trek Podcast Script - Day 2805 Welcome to Wisdom-Trek with Gramps! I am Guthrie Chamberlain, and we are on Day two thousand eight hundred five of our Trek. The Purpose of Wisdom-Trek is to create a legacy of wisdom, to seek out discernment and insights, and to boldly grow where few have chosen to grow before. The Title for Today's Wisdom-Trek is: The Cup of Salvation – Rescued from the Cords of Death Today, we are continuing our profound journey through the Egyptian Hallel. This is the collection of praise songs, sung by the Jewish people during the Passover festival, commemorating their deliverance from slavery. We are stepping into the deeply personal territory of Psalm One Hundred Sixteen, covering verses one through fourteen, in the New Living Translation. To fully appreciate where we are standing today, we must look back at the trail we just hiked in Psalm One Hundred Fifteen. In that previous trek, we stood amidst the great, living choir of Israel. We heard the worship leader call out to the nation, the priests, and all who fear the Lord, commanding them to trust in the Maker of heaven and earth. We learned that the heavens belong to Yahweh, but the earth has been given to humanity, as His authorized representatives. The psalm ended with a stark reminder: the dead cannot sing praises; therefore, we must praise the Lord while we still have breath in our lungs. Psalm One Hundred Sixteen takes that final thought about life, death, and praise, and turns it into a vivid, first-hand testimony. If Psalm One Hundred Fifteen was a massive, public choir singing about the theology of God, Psalm One Hundred Sixteen is a single, trembling voice, singing about the intimacy of God. The psalmist has just survived a near-death experience. He was standing on the absolute brink of the grave, staring into the abyss, and God reached down and pulled him back. As we read this, remember that this was sung by Jesus and His disciples on the very night He was betrayed. Jesus sang these words about the "snares of death," knowing that within hours, He would be facing the cross. So, let us walk closely with the psalmist, and discover what it means to lift the cup of salvation. The first segment is: Psalm One Hundred Sixteen: verses one through four I love the Lord because he hears my voice and my prayer for mercy. Because he bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath! Death wrapped its ropes around me; the terrors of the grave overtook me. I saw only trouble and sorrow. Then I called on the name of the Lord: "Please, Lord, save me!" The psalm begins with a raw, unfiltered declaration of affection: "I love the Lord." It is actually quite rare in the Psalms for the writer to begin with such a blunt, personal statement of love. But why does he love God? "Because he hears my voice and my prayer for mercy." [00:30] A New Golden Age? (55 minutes) President Donald Trump's State of the Union address was predictably self-congratulatory, centering on the president's favorite theme: America's new golden age. Though the president painted a rosy picture of America's present and future, he committed the critical error of taking credit for what God has done.

Rebekah Rojcewicz is a catechist and formation leader in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd having completed her training in 1981 in Rome with Dr. Sofia Cavalletti and Gianna Gobbi. She has translated several of their books and articles from the original Italian and has written and edited various parts of the CGS core texts. She is also the author of Life in the Vine: The Joyful Journey Continues. Rebekah is a catechist at her parish, St. Patrick Catholic Church, and for the Missionaries of Charity atrium in Memphis, Tennessee. She serves on the formation advisory council for CGSUSA, as well as on the International Board for the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. The Religious Potential of the Child is not a “how-to” book, complete with lesson plans and material ideas. Israel just quietly stopped the afternoon prayers on the Temple Mount, the very same prayers that directly represent the afternoon Temple sacrificial service. Biblically, there is a clear pattern between Israel drawing close to God, worshiping Him on the Temple Mount, and God giving them victory over their enemies. This pattern has been repeated since October 7th. With Iran rebuilding their nuclear and ballistic missile programs, and with the announced supersonic missiles from China, is Israel making a massive spiritual mistake by halting afternoon prayer on the Temple Mount? Shouldn't now more than ever be a time to seek God as a nation in the place where He chose to put His name forever? Ben Hilton breaks it down for you here on the show. These days we can see in numerous ways that there is great division across America. This was evident during last evening's State of the Union address by President Donald Trump. In fact, when asked if American citizens should be prioritized over illegal aliens, Democrats refused to stand in agreement. What the secular media won't tell you is that underlying this division is a great spiritual division. As Isaiah 5:20 puts it: "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!" We see this in America today where moral corruption has become rampant due to the inversion of what were once cherished values. The only way out is to turn back to God and righteousness on his terms because it's such righteousness that exalts a nation. Sin, however, is a reproach to any people (Proverbs 14:34). So join Jim as he reviews the President's speech, highlighting numerous points from policy decisions to national awards, as you'll hear via various audio clips.
Holy Distress: How One Man Shook an Entire City Have you ever walked into a city—or even a room—and felt something stir deep inside you? Not anger. Not annoyance. But a holy distress. In this episode, Rob Skinner takes us to Acts 17 and walks with Paul into Athens—the intellectual capital of the ancient world. One man. One city. One burning conviction. Paul wasn't impressed by Athens' architecture, culture, or ideas. He was distressed. Why? Because the city was full of idols and people didn't know God. This message is a blueprint for spiritual courage in a modern city.
In Episode 2 of our Guided Prayer Podcast, we slow down with Psalm 25 and a time of worship, asking God to teach us His ways and lead us in His truth. Centered on John 13, this episode reflects on Jesus washing His disciples' feet—an intimate act of love on the night before His crucifixion. As Easter approaches, we're invited to consider not only what it means to sit at Jesus' feet, but what it means to let Him come to ours. Are there places in your life you'd rather keep untouched? Through Scripture, song, and guided reflection, this episode creates space to surrender those hidden areas and allow Jesus to love you fully—because resurrection life begins with honest surrender.
Why is it so hard to say no, set boundaries, or disappoint people—even when we know what God is calling us to do? In this episode we're diving into the struggle of people pleasing and the tension between seeking approval from others and honoring God. We unpack the heart behind approval-seeking, how it quietly shapes our decisions, and what Scripture says about living a life that pleases God. Craving more from Going There the Podcast? Work takes up a huge portion of our lives, yet many Christians rarely think about it theologically. In this fifth episode in our Not Just Sacred series, we discuss what the Bible actually says about work: why it was part of God's design from the beginning, how it was affected by the fall, and why it still matters deeply to God today. We talk about work as calling, the danger of making it an idol, and what it looks like to "work as unto the Lord" through our jobs. Plus, in a world questioning the future of work through automation, AI, and ideas of a workless society, what does Christianity have to say? Whether you love your work, feel stuck in it, or wonder if it really matters, we hope this conversation reframes your job as a place to honor God, serve others, and live out your faith with excellence.

Show Notes: Notes, references, freebies, and recommendations from this episode can be found here - https://www.morriswellnessservices.com/blog/184 Plastic is one of the most normalized sources of endocrine disruptors in modern life. It's in food storage containers, water bottles, canned goods, non-stick cookware, and takeout packaging. But plastic is not chemically inert. Under certain conditions, the additives used to make plastic durable, flexible, or heat-resistant can migrate into the food and drinks we consume daily. In this episode, we break down how chemicals like BPA, BPS, phthalates, and PFAS move from plastic products into your body. You'll learn how heat, fat, acidity, and time increase chemical migration, why ingestion is the most significant exposure route, and how these compounds act as hormone imposters once inside the body. We discuss how plastic-related endocrine disruptors can: Mimic estrogen Lower progesterone Interfere with thyroid signaling Increase insulin resistance Contribute to fertility challenges Add to metabolic dysfunction This conversation also explains why women are particularly vulnerable due to hormonal cycling, pregnancy, postpartum shifts, and fat tissue storage. Most importantly, we cover practical, non-extreme changes that lower exposure in your kitchen, including avoiding heating plastic, switching to glass storage, replacing damaged non-stick cookware, and being strategic with canned foods and bottled water. Reducing plastic exposure lowers endocrine load. But removing interference is only the first step. Restoring hormone balance requires rebuilding metabolic function intentionally. This episode is part of the Endocrine Disruptor Series, where we explore the everyday exposures quietly impacting women's health and what to do about them with clarity and strategy. But what if the symptoms you've been brushing off — fatigue, brain fog, bloating, hormone shifts, cravings, sleep issues — are actually signs of chronic stress living in your body? In this episode, I begin a new series focused on one of the biggest root drivers of midlife health struggles: stress. Not just emotional stress — but the physiological stress response that affects digestion, hormones, blood sugar, immunity, and even how clearly we think and lead. We talk about: Why stress is not just emotional — it's biochemical How the stress response was designed for short-term survival, not long-term living What happens in the body when cortisol stays elevated Why digestion, hormones, weight, mood, and energy are often stress-related How chronic stress impacts the brain and leadership capacity Why your body isn't broken — it has adapted What Scripture says about rest, striving, and God's design for rhythm If you've felt like your body is working against you lately, this episode offers a different perspective: your body may actually be trying to protect you. Awareness isn't diagnosis — it's direction. And healing often starts with understanding what stress has been doing behind the scenes. I hope this episode blesses you! Do you lie awake replaying conversations… wishing you’d said no instead of yes?Do you feel responsible for everyone else’s happiness and so bogged down by other's expectations that you've lost your sense of self? Are your relationships filled with more takers than givers? Do friendships tend to bring you more anxiety than joy? If so, Jennifer Slattery's conversation with author and podcast host Jennifer Renee Watson will encourage you. In this episode of Faith Over Fear, Jennifer Slattery sits down with author and speaker Jennifer Renee Watson to unpack the emotional roots of people-pleasing, codependency, and the deep fear of not being “enough” or "doing enough." Together, they explore how trauma, anxiety, and unhealthy relationship patterns can shape our identity—and how God leads us toward healing, clarity, and freedom. Jennifer Watson shares her personal story of growing up in instability, navigating ministry pressures, and learning—one fumbling step at a time—how to set boundaries, recognize harmful patterns, and rediscover her voice. This conversation offers practical encouragement for anyone struggling with approval-seeking, emotional exhaustion, relational confusion, or the pressure to always keep others happy. You’ll learn why people-pleasing often grows from survival patterns, how resentment can signal deeper wounds, and why healing takes time, support, and truth. Most importantly, you’ll be reminded that your worth isn’t defined by others’ approval—but by God’s steady love and presence. This episode is for you if you: Struggle to say no without guilt Feel drained by relationships or expectations Carry anxiety about disappointing others Want healthier boundaries rooted in faith Long to rediscover your identity and confidence in Christ Resource referenced: What If You're Doing Better Than You Think?: Finding Courage and Confidence When Life Gets Messy Key truth to hold onto: [God] is your constant source of stability; he abundantly provides safety and great wisdom (Isaiah 33:6, NET) Next step: Pay attention to your yeses and nos this week. Notice what drives them—and invite God into the healing process. Discussion/Reflective Questions: When do you feel the strongest pressure to please others—and what fears tend to drive that response? How has your past (family, church, relationships, or trauma) shaped your current boundaries or lack of them? What lies about your identity or worth have fueled anxiety or people-pleasing in your life? Where might resentment or emotional exhaustion be signaling a need for healthier limits? What would it look like to anchor your sense of safety and worth in God rather than others’ approval? What is one small, practical step you can take this week to honor your emotional and spiritual health (a boundary, a conversation, a pause before saying yes)? Who are the safe people in your life that can support your healing and growth? What is one action step God might be inviting you to take having listened to this episode?
