Political discussion through a black disabled lens hosted by @vilissathompson and @nealcarter.
New year, same badass political commentary from an intersectional lens! Neal & Vilissa return in the middle of the political whirlwind and a global pandemic. We discuss the happenings on the political landscape: how the diverse landscape of the primary fell apart and we now have two grumpy old white men dueling it out for the coveted nomination; why you can’t win by shaming or ignoring Black voters; and the troubles in the Sanders campaign. With the Coronavirus pandemic, we have one core message: wash your hands and wash your ass. The realities are serious, and we all must be responsible so that we can protect ourselves and each other during the height of the virus. Vilissa and Neal share what they have been up to since the hiatus - we’re back and ready to give you all the content you’ve been missing.
