Will you be my Quarantine?

Today, I'm (@theycallmetap) choppin it up (in my car again) with my good gyal Ge-Ah (xo_geah) aka "Finessa" and 1. Yes, I'v been drinking right before I recorded this 2. We're getting sorta kinda really deep and transparent with this one, folks. We're tackling all the icky, ugly and uncomfortable emotions and mental work that has come with being stuck inside for months and how we've grown (or haven't) during this time. Also, debating whether if we, like Tony Braxton, should have had a hoe phase.

According to the innanets, there's a new phenomenon as a result of the pandemic and months and months of being stuck inside: Turbo Relationships! Newsflash: workin' from home doesn't mean I'm pant less, sipping wine all day and relaxing. I may actually be pant less, but bish I'm actually working! This pandemic seems to be really unearthing some of the systems and things in our world and culture that perhaps aren't serving us anymore- one of them being work, digital and employee culture. Why does it seem so many employers...especially in The Bahamas (many of whom who tend to be older) did not want to take preventative measures and let non essential persons work from home?! Why does it seem so many employers don't even seem concerned about the well being of their staff?! Whewwww chillaaaaay! In this episode we discuss that and also some tips on how you can work from home and be productive.
