In this episode, we're kind of switching things up. I talk about myself for 40 minutes! Kidding...sorta. Basically, a lot has happened in the past 2 weeks in my life and I like being able to share them with you guys. It's been crazy and fun and exciting and sad and so many other things. The best way to get the emotions out was by talking into the mic, so that's what I did. Hopefully, you still find something to get out of this episode, but I had a lot of fun recording it! This episode is really fitting for my life right now because it's something that I've been lacking recently, but then I realized that it's a lot easier to get back on track than it seems! So, today we are diving into how to get your motivation back! I also address why I haven't posted in like two weeks lol.

Today we get into the importance of finding joy in the little things in life. A lot of the time we focus too much on the big moments and events that happen to us and not enough time on the little moments. This whole concept has been a huge help in my life recently and hopefully it helps you too:)

In this first episode of All Good Things, I get right to it and talk about anxiety. It's mental health awareness month so I figured it would be a good way to start. I talk a lot about being more transparent with our struggles and reaching out to people if we need help. If you ever need someone to talk to or need help, I am always here. Enjoy!
