Challenge Accepted is focused on finding self love in all dimensions of wellness. With that being said, we will be doing 6 week programs - each focused on a different dimension of wellness. Within these programs, we will have challenges that will help us focus on incorporating that dimension of wellness in our everyday lives! We hope to create a community of people who are working on loving themselves for who they are and together, we will support and lift each other up!
