Today, Michael welcomes back Arndrea Waters King. Arndrea is a visionary leader at the intersection of justice, feminine empowerment, and transformative community impact. As the founder of Divine Feminine, she champions a global movement inviting women to reclaim their inner wisdom, grace, and sacred strength—qualities often suppressed in a culture that prioritizes productivity over presence. Through storytelling and conscious leadership, she reframes leadership as an act of love and a pathway to collective healing. A National Merit Scholar, president of the Drum Major Institute, co-founder of Realize the Dream, chancellor at Legacy College, and co-host of the My Legacy Podcast, Arndrea blends decades of civil rights leadership, service, and feminine wisdom with spiritual insight. Conversation Highlights include: -How years of Civil Rights work revealed both the cost of leading through force and the deeper power of leading through love. -Why the Divine Feminine is not about gender, but about restoring compassion, intuition, creativity, and fierce care to leadership. -The difference between building ladders of individual success and weaving webs of interconnected community. -How today's political and social upheaval can be understood as birth contractions stretching society toward something more conscious. -Why burnout happens when women give from depletion—and how slowing down, setting boundaries, and reconnecting to joy restores sacred energy. -A redefinition of power and prosperity that shifts from "me" to "we," where success uplifts entire communities. -Simple daily practices—gratitude, breath, journaling, intentional environments—that help anchor feminine wisdom in everyday life. -Justice as love expressed publicly: refusing to look away from suffering while choosing compassion over domination. -Legacy not as a name on a building, but as how we live, serve, and contribute to the Beloved Community right now. Next, Michael leads a grounding meditation to reconnect with your eternal spiritual nature.

Garret Price and Andrew Mott shift from Combine takeaways into the real domino period: NFL free agency. The focus is how quickly dynasty value can swing based on tags, cap space, and surprise landing spots. The quarterback section starts with Daniel Jones as the cleanest call to return. From there, they frame Kirk Cousins as more of a bridge or depth option than a true long-term starter, with potential fits depending on how a team wants to handle the next rookie class. The most discussed “swing” outcome is Malik Willis. They see logical scenarios where he lands in a spot that gives him a chance to start sooner rather than later, but they also push back on the idea that he becomes a franchise saver. The upside is real for fantasy. The long-term NFL outlook is still more uncertain. At running back, they spend time on the tension around Breece Hall, with the tag scenario creating downside risk for both fantasy managers and the player's perceived freedom. Kenneth Walker is treated as more likely to stay put, but with enough uncertainty that it is worth tracking closely through the deadline. From there, the conversation turns to possible landing spots and role fits. Travis Etienne is one of the biggest pieces on the board if he changes teams. Rachaad White gets framed as a committee and depth type of option rather than a clear starter. Rico Dowdle, Tyler Allgeier, and JK Dobbins round out the “next tier” of backs who could become important depending on how a backfield is built and how much money a team is willing to spend. On the wide receiver side, they start with Alec Pierce as a clean field-stretcher fit for multiple teams. Mike Evans is the headliner name if the longtime situation finally changes, with a clear expectation that any move would be tied to chasing a title. They also run through veteran and role-based fits, including Wan'Dale Robinson, Romeo Doubs, Jauan Jennings, and Christian Kirk, with the key point being that teams with cap space and obvious needs can reshape the entire room quickly. They close the receiver discussion with Deebo Samuel and Rashid Shaheed, focusing on how either player could change an offense's geometry depending on usage and price. At tight end, they highlight David Njoku as the kind of addition that can immediately upgrade an offense that needs a true middle-of-the-field presence. Isaiah Likely is treated as a talented option whose market may not be as hot as fantasy managers expect. Cade Otton is discussed as a solid, reliable tight end piece who can fit multiple teams without needing to be the entire passing game. Do you find yourself constantly asking, "Why can't I keep up with my house?" or beating yourself up for being "undisciplined"? What if the problem isn't that you're lazy—but that you're depleted? In this eye-opening episode of Clutter-Free Academy, Kathi Lipp and Tenneil Register dive deep into the difference between discipline and capacity—and why understanding this distinction could change everything about how you approach your home and yourself. What You'll Discover in This Episode Inspired by a viral video from Dr. Raquel Martin, Kathi and Tenneil explore why so many cluttery people are incredibly hard on themselves, using destructive language like "I just need to work harder" or "I wish I wasn't such a slob." But what if there's another explanation? The truth is: Discipline needs structure to work, but capacity needs restoration to expand. When your capacity is depleted, no amount of willpower or elaborate systems will help you keep up. Practical Strategies Shared Simple routines that stick: Learn how doing the same things on the same days can transform your week One-minute habits: Discover micro-moves like wiping down the bathroom counter after makeup that build muscle memory Low-decision systems: Create automatic habits that require almost no mental energy Capacity builders: Explore how sleep, movement, nutrition, and right-sized commitments can expand what you're able to accomplish Key Takeaways Instead of asking "What's wrong with me?" start asking "What's wrong with my current capacity?" This shift from self-criticism to curiosity opens the door to real, lasting change. Whether you're struggling with a cluttered kitchen, an overwhelming to-do list, or just feeling perpetually behind, this episode offers compassionate wisdom and practical tools to help you move forward—one small step at a time. Stay tuned for part three, where Kathi and Tenneil will tackle how clutter accidentally creates shame and what we can do to get rid of it.

In this episode, we explore the complex world of degenerative and inflammatory conditions, and how stem cell–derived exosomes may offer a new frontier in regenerative care. Joining us to share his perspective is Caleb Granger, the Founder and President of Apex Medical – a cutting-edge provider focused on advanced biologic therapies. Apex Medical harnesses high-concentration, clinical-grade stem cell exosomes, which are tiny extracellular vesicles released by stem cells. These vesicles carry proteins, lipids, and genetic material that help cells communicate and promote tissue repair. With growing interest in their potential to modulate inflammation and support tissue regeneration, could exosomes represent a major shift in how we approach chronic disease, joint degeneration, and neurologic decline? Caleb sits down to explain… Hit play to learn more about: The two pillars of Apex Medical's regenerative approach. How stem cell exosomes differ from stem cell therapy. The ways in which exosomes are introduced into the body. The intersection of biohacking, longevity, and regenerative medicine. Before founding Apex Medical, Caleb held senior leadership roles in the spine and orthopedic industries, overseeing marketing, sales, and product strategy at NuVasive and SeaSpine. It's Endometriosis Awareness Month. Ali's guest this week, Holly Abel, was eleven years old when her debilitating periods started. For decades, doctors told her it was “normal.” That she was dramatic. Hormonal. Sensitive. It wasn't normal. In early 2023, Holly was finally diagnosed with severe stage 4 endometriosis — affecting multiple organs throughout her body. Shortly after, she experienced a miscarriage. In December 2023, she underwent major surgery. Then in March 2024, after a routine HSG, everything began to unravel. By early May, she was in septic shock and given a 10% chance to live. In July, a total hysterectomy saved her life… and ended her ability to carry children. Holly talks about all of this and more in an educational, emotional episode about medical trauma, advocacy and survival.
